I ordered 20 min in advance (I live 30 min away from this location) in order to have my food done or at least almost done by the time arrived. Needless to say it wasn't and then the person working the orders said it had just came through (it was about 10 min ago) which was crazy. I finally received my food and one dish they could've completely kept! I ordered the honey bourbon salmon which was dry as a bone but doused in glaze (the ONLY thing that saved it), baked potato (w/sour cream and butter) the potato was overcooked with no butter and had a drop of sour cream and zucchini that was too salty. The other dish was really good! I had the chicken over pasta and macaroni and cheese. It was full of flavor and seasoned very well. Clearly someone else cooked this and actually cared about what they created. The restaurant itself?? Now that's a whole different story! They NEED to clean up in there asap! I didn't realize this was the location I ordered from because I wouldn't have. I will not be returning. The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars is because the 2nd dish was good and the customer service from TWO people were good

Nasty musty smell comming from the bar, had to ask for every drink twice (bartender was nice but very forgetful), took about 40 mins to get my burger and the bun was soggy. You'd think with all the hotels around, they would do alright, but the place has serious dive bar vibes like workers don't give af. Definitely not gonna come back!

I just spent 64 dollars on bull****. I ordered a Tbone steak medium. Steak was way over cooked bamke potatoe suppose to come with it it didn't .Manager didn't say they was out of bake potatoes so he tried to slide mash potatoes in my bag. Rest of the food was cold, very poor customer service with all waitresses there. Very horrible experience, never again!!!!!

All Ruby Tuesdays look like nursing homes to me but I must say the salad bar is my favorite thing and the only thing that I eat.
It’s seems as though the only two Ruby Tuesday’s in the south Atlanta area (Sullivan Rd & Virginia Ave) are so poorly managed, they are or SHOULD BE on the verge of closing permanently! Typically I would try to visit the Virginia Ave store about 2-3 time a month only to be redirected to the Sullivan Rd store. For several visits the store would either be closed during normal business hours OR serving online/take-out only. The Sullivan Rd store is notorious for having some sort of issue “beyond their control”??♂️ and would also be closed during normal business hours; AT THE SAME TIME when customers were redirected to the Sullivan Rd from the Virginia Ave store! Fix it please Rudy Tuesday’s corporate.

The manager Shannon deserves a raise. When I came in he was short staffed and had no bartender or a Togo person. He literally handled it ALL. He made me an amazing drink and took my order. I am a regular at Ruby Tuesdays so I was super impressed that Mr.Shannon went out his way to make sure I still got the same experience I usually get… I normally go to the Virginia Ave location but I’ll be coming to support Mr.Shannon from now on.
