The employees work with bonnets . They talk about their customers while they are right . When approached about speaking about a customer the employee got defensive and said she was going to pull out her gun . She gave away free food to her family and asked me to wait until she served them .

Absolutely horrible! Rude they closed thirty minutes early. And told me that per corporate they close at 840. Although online it says they close at 9pm. They already had the door locked and chairs up sweeping. Easily the worst representation for the Subway corporation. The manager on duty said their name was Jada Kitson. The other employees refused to speak or give their name.

Very horrible customer service. I have been a manager at 2 other subway locations in the past... I have never been spoken to, or treated as an inconvenience as a customer the way this location speaks to people. Always out of product or not willing to service unless it's their way. Food is fine, but they are so rude .
