Great food it came out hot and fresh fish was really good I don't eat hush puppies normally but I ate both of the ones that came with my meals they were delicious. Staff was very friendly. The only downside if there is any they seem to focus more on take out then their dine in business. And those that will remember the inside still looks allot like the old Shane's Rib Shack.

When I go places the number one thing I pay attention is their Customer Service treatment and secondly to see if they listen to me when I speak . I’m looking at the receipt and Rholda seem to not to have peoples skills . I asked her about the mc and cheese and the potato salad and her response was , “I don’t eat none of that “ , She doesn’t look like she eats healthy , I wonder what she eats . She didn’t go out of her way to help me with my decision . I asked her for bread instead of hush puppies and when I got home it was hush puppies in my order . I hate when businesses mess up my order , no bread at all . I asked for onion rings and it was only like 3 onion rings . I’m a grown man not a five year old kid . The tilapia was delicious but based on the order and her attitude stinking like garbage won’t be back , nor refer anybody to that establishment . Owner if you are reading this hire people who wants to help and also carry a smile with them . I didn’t curse her out because i respect my elders .

The wings weren't winging that taste was horrible and tasted like pure hot sauce.Parking: Food quality was nasty. The hot wing was not good at all.
Food was good, but I feel that when you order the Shrimp Feast, the sides should match the quantity of shrimp you get. My shrimp feast had a regular order of fries and sweet potato puffs.
Terrible customer service and food quality consistency will ultimately kill this business. I doubt it last a year. Damn shame the black community can't have great customer service. Don't wait for Keith Lee to tell you do yourself a favor. DONT GO HERE. SEARCH FOR ANOTHER SEAFOOD PLACE. I wish I was able to give no stars or negative stars.

FYI the young lady that answers your phones is likey losing you A LOT of money. I decided not to order quite a bit food bc she hung up in my face when I tried to ask about large orders. Why do you have a phone number if people can't call to ASK HOW TO PROPERLY ORDER - I will never spend a dime with this place, I hope nobody else does. Just bc you're establishment is located in the "hood" is NO EXCUSE for poor, rude, customer service. Likely a relative bc I would NEVER allow that type of behavior on the phones. It may be fiscally responsible to replace her or put her somewhere AWAY from customers. That's a tip for free.
