Ansley has the best steamed shrimp and scallops within a 100-mile radius, I know. I would guess that she adds two or more boxes of the Bay Season for flavor, which produces delicious results without the extra cost. Excellent proportions and prices, Ansley. Ziggy B's is the only seafood market that I've walked in that doesn't have the "loud" aroma of any type of seafood that would usually change my seafood craving thoughts.
