They should hire more cooks. It's been 40 minutes and my food is not served. Hire more people. It's not fair to wait for something that should be done in less than 15 to 20 minutes. They also need a person who is in front receiving the customer, so I took two stars off for making me wait without having so many customers and for the exaggerated wait for the food and they still haven't served it to me.

Placed an online curbside order for shrimp alfredo and breadsticks. I remembered you have to go inside even if you place it as curbside.They let me know they did not have breadsticks. I was still charged 5.99 for breadsticks despite being very breadstickless.

Food was OK. Service was poor.. When you're only responsible for 2 tables I should not have to get up and go get my on drink refills. When I ask for a slice of onion because they didn't put any on my burger, I shouldn't be done with my burger before you get back. I understand these things when restaurants are packed but at 2pm when 6 customers are in the building there is no excuse.

Rarely have a bad experience at any Applebee's. Food was hot and delicious.Parking: Never had trouble with a parking space even when crowded.Kid-friendliness: It's a family kind of place, but parents need to give their children earbuds or headphones with those cell phones. We come to enjoy too and loud cellphones cut off the musical atmosphere that everyone else likes to enjoy.

Food was subpar, but the service was the worst I've ever seen anywhere. We sat 20 minutes before a drink order was taken another 45 minutes for food. Waiting 15 minutes for Pepsi refill 15 minutes for other drinks and everyone around us complained about our waitress. I've never seen service like this or a server carry the pocketbook the whole time she was working. We would have gone elsewhere but we were tired and just ready to get what food we could and leave.
My family and I went to Applebee's last Saturday and was told there would be a 30 min wait so we waited and never got seated after all that time the hostess came later and told us it would be another 30min wait and that the manager told her not to seat anymore people because they only had 2 servers my kids were very disappointed and so was I . We won't be going back to Gentian again

It is best to be a party of two when coming here. If you have a party of 10 or more they will definitely get your orders wrong or take to much time to come out. They need to better train their waitresses when it comes to large parties. They also need to buy more glasses due to them coming to get the glasses that we were barely finished with. The shrimp wasn't done and they passed out plastic food ware instead of utensils. I had to ask for silverware. The salmon was very unseasonably. It took 45 minutes for a "chicken wrap" and my son pizza looked like it was microwaved. I highly do not recommend coming here.
