I had the worst Reuben sandwich today. It was served cold, excessive sauerkraut & minimal meat ratio. It was bland, and an overall disappointment. Immediately when entering we were greeted by 3 ladies behind the counter saying “Welcome to Arby’s” from that moment on the customer service was phenomenal which is something I’m not used to at fast food places. I ordered the burger since I had never had it and I must say for a fast food joint it was pretty darn good! I would recommend this location out of any of the others in Columbus! Well done to staff and management!

On 5/29/23 around 6:00 PM went inside Arby's on Whittlesey Blvd. and placed a To Go order of 2 classic sandwiches, order of Crinkle fries and 1 large sweet tea. No one was in line inside or in the drive-thru. I was given my order on a tray and had to remind the guy it was To Go and where was my drink. Once I got home, the Crinkle fries were so cold we couldn't eat them. They had definitely been out for a long time.
