I called in for a B. Merrill rotisserie chicken salad. The young lady took my order and let me know it will he ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived, the ladies at the door warmly greeted me. The young lady who took my order said give me a minute let me go get your salad. She came back in just a few minutes. I haven't had this salad in years, but it tastes the same, and I would recommend it. It has lettuce, rotisserie chicken, tomatoes, walnuts, raisins, and cheese. It is delicious . ?

Group of folks standing in the door we didn't even realize they was employees.. when we walked in. The big guy that took our order was nice. Otherwise we found it boring in a lonely place football on each channel of the TVs.Dietary restrictions: I've never been to a restaurant where my food was cold. The food is already cooked, but if we supposed to believe that it is being cooked at least put it in the microwave before it's brought out

Food was awful. Hot Chicken sandwich is 2 chicken tenders with hot sauce, lettuce and a slice of tomato that wasn't even half the size of the bun. Sweet potato fries and onion straws were mushy and like they were cooked in old grease. Southwest chicken wrap had no sauce on it at all. The only saving grace was our server. We won't be back.My reply to the owner's response: No, we didn't ask for a manager or say anything to our server since the prior two times we were there, we had a similar experience, just not as bad as this time. We appreciate the offer, but no thank you.

So AMAZING!!! They are also one of the very few places in town that have a military discount! I would definitely recommend if you're taking a large group since they have such a variety of choices that everyone would love!

Atmosphere was a little congested. Service was great. Food was tasty..but had to bring to their attention that my Philly chicken only had a tablespoon serving of meat on it. However they promptly made up for it with a replacement Philly sub. I was pleased with that.

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere.Edit on 3/324Went again last night. Went at prime dinner time and had a very short wait. It was warm enough to enjoy a meal on the patio. Even being outside service was great. Food delivered in a timely manner even at the peak dinner rush. Food was delicious.

I actually really really enjoyed this place! For Columbus, the atmosphere is amazing. The service was as well, as we ended up becoming friends with our server who helped recommend other night life and restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, the only thing that could've been better was the food.Not that the food tasted bad, as it was very tasty and had amazing flavor. The food was just cold when it came to the table. I had ordered the buffalo tenders and my mom the burger. Both were definitely cold and that resulted in the 4 star review as opposed to the 5. However, I went at a busier time for the restaurant which may have contributed to the lack of timely service for the food. Overall was good though! Worth the time spent there.

Brynn was the best server. Super friendly and very attentive.
The side salad and bowl of soup were smaller portions at the same or more price. That being said... we enjoy their food very much. French onion soup is something I get every time. Then, switch between Caribbean wings, chicken Philly, teriyaki chicken, rotisserie salad, baked potato and other things to go with it depending on the day and my mood. We live further away now so don't get there as often.

Great place to get food with a party of people. Been here a few times and haven’t been disappointed by the food. Service can be slow at times and have had some issues with timing but management has made things right in those times.Parking: Parking is adequate.
