The cook is slow...the biscuits are undercooked every morning the cook has to be slow.. the manager is always outside on a cigarette break..like they're not understanding that customers spend money at least get it right the first time but no you have to always go back for them to fix an order you paid for.

First time there, food was good and the price was decent. The employee who rang us up was very friendly and helped us tremendously. The other female employee acted as if she had no idea about menu or anything else. I would go back just have to remember not to ask her questionsKid-friendliness: We asked what kind of kids meals they had and we were told Mac and cheese. We assumed chicken was the meat however we were wrong. My 2 year old was given Mac and cheese ND fries.

Used the drive through for a noonish Monday lunch order. Very attentive and friendly staff. Order was correct and served as ordered. Food items were hot and delicious.

Came here for lunch after shopping. It was my first time going to Bojangles. The chicken sandwich was good flavorful cooked well in the fries that came with. It were outstanding definitely the star of the show was the french fries. The seasoning on them was awesome. They were a little cold however the two breast dinner I got was lacking an overall flavor on the chicken and the chicken was cold stale and you can tell it's been sitting there for a while. I had to put a lot of salt and pepper on it just to make it edible for me. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good however, they gave me hardly any gravy so I had to go up and ask for more, the beans were your typical beans but there was hardly any flavor ironically on them the service was impeccable. They were nice sweet and was respectful. However, they seem to hide on the back and took a little bit for them to come out front. Not a bad first experience I deafly come back for the fries and the sandwich, and if they had hot fresh chicken breast, I'd get those.

I got the steak biscuit combo for dinner, and my son got the 3 piece chicken fingers with fries. Gerald also grabbed a couple of the sweet bo biscuits for us to try. Everything was ? yummy, and the staff were very polite.
Loud ambiance due to the employees talking so loudly. Tables seemed clean, but they were sticky. The outside needs to be swept. Garbage around on the ground. Was wondering why hardly any customers (only two people besides me) in the 45 minutes I spent there. On the positive side, chicken and hash browns were very good. Perfectly crispy ? . If I go back next time, I would order to go.

Today, 7/2/23, the team members worked efficiently to get our order complete in a timely manner! They were also polite during conversations and the southern chicken biscuit is a perfect balance. The biscuit is flavored with a buttery/light salt and the chicken has a slight crisp making the perfect breakfast biscuit. 10/10 recommend ordering for breakfast.

Very unprofessional. This location closes earlier then their posted closing time and locks all of the doors. When pulling around to the drive-through they refuse to answer and we're clearly just sitting in the window.

2 people working, sat at the drive thru 15 minutes, nobody said anything. Went inside and apparently everyone walked out except 2 managers. They did the best they could but ran out of food.
