I have been to Cali/LA & El Paso and nothing will top this ice cream place! From the choices of ice cream and the quality? Best hands down! A lot of choices to choose from. It’s worth the price bc the scoops are BIG! My family loves this place & we chose it bc they make the ice cream fresh.Parking: There’s a big parking lot so you don’t need to worry about parking at all. Also never crowded or busy in the parking lot. Easy to get in and get out!Kid-friendliness: I have a one year old who was just always fascinated by the colors within the building.

So I stopped to get my daughter an ice cream for her birthday. One scoop in a cake cone $5, ok a bit pricey but not a big deal, but they could not take tap or break a $50. Luckily, I had my cash app card. The ice cream was melting so bad I asked for a cup and spoon, and the lady asked for 10 cent, she knew I only had my cash app card that Im not running for 10cent. I assume she would have just given us a cup since we bought an ice cream. Kinda disappointed in the price for quality and service, probably won't be coming back, it's just not worth it, I can get her a $2 ice cream that you charge $5 for, somewhere else and I'm sure they won't mind giving us a 10 cent cup either.

I am a loyal customer of Bruster's for years & I have encountered a couple of things off & on but nothing to make a big fuss about but last night me & my daughter went for ice cream & this took the cake. I ordered a brownie sundae & received my order in the bag. Upon arriving home I noticed the bag felt wet under the bottom & my hand was sticky, so I opened the bag & my ice cream was put into a styrofoam container as you would put a hamburger in. My ice cream had melted & was coming out of the sides. I would have rather been told we do not have any more plastic containers than to have experienced this type of customer service!!!!

They didn't have pistachio flavored ice cream so I deducted a star... but I decided to get a New York cheesecake milkshake. Which was delicious. Service was a little slow but I think that's cause the girl was holding down the fort on her own. The ambiance has the feel of an old school creamery.

I ordered a large chocolate milk shake today around 7:00 through the drive thru NICELY I got my milkshake it was very watery and didn't taste like a milkshake at all... had my boyfriend try to get another one and they said they weren't gonna give him a refund or another remake... I literally just wanted it remade .. he even brought the milkshake back to them so I can get it remade..got upset and got out the car and tried to explain that my milkshake didn't taste right.. they didn't care and had a nasty attitude and decided to not give me a remake or a refund which I was fine with either .. came in a very good mood and left in a bad one both the man and women were very UNPROFFESSIONAL and shouldn't be working there if that's how they do customer service.
i wouldn’t recommend working up there awful staff and business they only let you work for a month then put u on call i don’t recommend at all .

There are definitely not enough people working in this shop. They are busy and really good at ignoring customers. I waited almost 10 minutes just to get acknowledged. The ice cream is too soft and melts instantly. If I went back I would get a milkshake. Also getting your order right is like pulling teeth!!

Ordered a pint of butter pecan. I had about 6 pecans in the entire pint. My mom ordered no daily ice cream. She was in pain all night and in the restroom. So that was not non-dairy. I was very disappointed.

If you plan on visiting this establishment please Make sure to check your order before leaving the order window. If the staff gets the other wrong it will be your fault for not catching their error.
