wings were toooo salty & the cashier attitude was worse than the food. soon as i walk in the place, the cashier was huffing and puffing like if it was a problem to have costumers. while she was taking my order she was on the phone talking & laughing. also she took a long time to count change. defff won’t be back. management please check on your team because that ain’t acceptable. ??♀️

When this company first opened up, they had the best shrimp fried rice. The last 2 times, the rice has had no flavor. Not sure if they changed cooks but unfortunately I won't be going back again. My son had the hot wings which he said tasted good but they were super tiny. The lady taking my order wasn't very pleasant either and got my order wrong. Ordered a large but she sold me a small which turned out fine since it wasn't very good.

The food here is absolutely amazing! I've been going ever since they opened a few years back and have always enjoyed the food bc it is delicious every single time and very consistent. My only problem is you will always get horrible service. It was not this. When they first opened there were several nice employees who cares about their customers but now you will find rude employees who do not care about the guests or employees who are self-absorbed so they don't give the guests any attention. Tonight when I went there was one nice employee who was restocking the bags and cleaning tables. She's also the one I went to to fix my order after the cashier messed it up. The cashier not only messed up my order but blamed the cook then yelled at the cook for her mistake. She also charged me the wrong amount and rang in my order wrong to begin with. Needless to say I did not enjoy my experience at this BTJ's but I rarely do except for my food. I will be back however it will be solely for the food not the experience.
