Ordered 30 wings through the app to take back to our hotel. There was a Ufc event being shown at BWW, and to be so busy they had my food ready fast. I asked for celery/ carrots and the manager guy on duty took care of it no questions asked and with a smile on his face. The only issue I had was when I got back to the hotel, my wife and I started to eat and realized we were short 10 wings. I didn't make a big deal about it and didn't want to drive back 15mins so we just ate and chilled. The 20 wings we did have were really good though.

We ordered a pick up order for 20 wings and fries. When we got home they had only put 10 wings in the bag with fries. Very disappointed.

The food was terrible. I ordered buffalo boneless wings and they were honestly terrible. The most sodium I’ve ever gotten from chicken. I wasn’t expecting much from this place even though they have “Wings” in their name. This place has never been good even when I order non wing items. Next time I’ll go to Wings Stop or Wild Wing Cafe if I’m ever in the mood for wings again.

We had 5 people in our party. 1 received their food well ahead of the others. The second received theirs then the other three were delivered after the first two had finished. One table received one of their orders before they even got drinks. Not to mention the chicken tenders were tough annd some of the food was cold. To add to the fun, smoke alarm in the kitchen went off so many times the fire dept showed up. Also do not like the new bench seats.

Two stars instead of one simply because our server was great. This place lacks management and leadership. We stood at the door 15 mins while 5 different greeters asked our party size, looked at tables that needed to be cleaned off and waiting for someone else to do it and generally talking or doing nothing. AND after all that our server was told it was a party of 2 instead of 5. So we had to move tables again. Lots of people standing around doing nothing. Kitchen was slow and there was no management to be seen anywhere. Not going back to location.

Tonight makes the 3rd time we've tried to eat here. Twice we stood there for over 15 minutes without having anyone come to seat us. Tonight there was 15 people waiting, with more than 10 or more tables or booths open on a saturday night. With a 45 minute to hour wait. This is ridiculous in a town the size of Columbus on a Saturday night. This place needs some help with how to run a restaurant.
