I've only been inside once quickly, otherwise I've always used the drive thru.The only negative I have is that it's very difficult most of the time to get out of the parking lot due to where they are located and traffic.Parking: Huge parking lot, plenty of spaces. No buns for the woppers but I worked with them and was okay with haveing chicken sandwhichw instead. The asssitant Manger that was on duty around 2:04 Sunday March 3 , informed me that my delivery driver waited but he wasn't well my order was a proity because uber drivers think they do t have to wait. Also because she had to wait to talk to the store manager because of inventory she didn't know if it was okay to get chicken sandwhichs instead. Mind you I been waiting on this order for a hour . I paid my driver tip once just to wait because they was makeing buns.

My Whopper was freshly made. Fries were hot. My Coke was a little flat. Assume the machine needs adjustment.
During my visit at Burger King I witnessed several delivery drivers coming in to pick up order and the manager Natasha was just putting Items in the delivery bag that the drivers have to carry this creates several problems with the drivers and when asked to seal the bag inside of the delivery bag she got a nasty attitude and made the comment the only way that they are going to think that something happened is if you ripped the bag this situation can cause many problems for delivery drivers I am just a customer who witnessed this and hope that this issue will be addressed so that it does not affect people who deliver every day any issues with delivery affect delivery drivers and does not fall back on restaurants and falls back onto delivery drivers and affects their ratings and their ability to earn money from delivery jobs anything in the bag that is not sealed and spills is blamed on the delivery drivers please address this issue as soon as possible

Been in Columbus for 20 years easily the worst burger king they messed up a simple double cheeseburger meal 2 days in a row and the 2nd day I was waiting in the drive through for about 48min all for a messed up simple order never again I promise
