Did an online order and went to pick it up and the people behind the counter said they didn't see it. Waited over 2 hours and still didn't receive my order. We spend a lot of money at Burger King. We have decided after this we are not going back.

I have so much to say about this certain burger king but the word incredible pretty much sums it up. My family and I come through the drive thru every afternoon to get my autistic son his french fries( it's all he really eats) and the kindness the staff shows us makes my heart melt. His fries are ALWAYS hot and fresh and they always have a smile, which I'm sure is hard in that industry lol I honestly think that everyone on the afternoon shift deserves a raise because you will never find workers like them.
