Service was horrible. Order was messed up and manager caught a attitude when I said that's not what I asked for. She tried to make keep the order instead of giving me what I asked for. Told me well I got to void it then it'll take 23 days. I said okay I still want what I asked for she then caught a attitude. The employees laughing and thinking it's funny. I won't be back. The grilled shrimp I had was over cooked. But my money went back on my card immediately not 23 days. So I felt like that was said so they didn't have to fix my order. And was sitting on phone leaning on counter.

Walked into the restaurant at 8:30 pm the door sign said they closed at 10:00pm. When we got to the counter we were told that our order had to be to go because the dinning room was closing. This is unacceptable if your restaurant is open than it is open till the closing not closed before time. Didn't stay somewhere we were not welcome to stay and eat so walked next door and had a good meal at McDonald's. Thank you to McDonald's for welcoming us in to dine.

Customer service was very poor. It is 10:30 am..we are the very first Customer and the drive thru servers are very rude...rushing us to order..and I could hear her talking bad about me because I didn't see the drink menu... Just poor quality service..

The store is clean BUT there is a horrible smell by restrooms. Again, clean - just funky smelling. Store most def is desperate need of updates and repairs. Rusted bathroom doors. Service and food are great though.

Jerry and all those work there really deserve a pat on the back. It’s not easy to be in the kitchen all day and take orders . They always do it with a smile . They also get my order ready when they see me . Excellent customer service .

I was very disappointed with my meal. I had the Country Fish and Shrimp with Corn on the Cob and Green Beans and Hushpups w/ Cheesecakeadd 10 shrimp for $1.00The fish and shrimp were dried outand very salty. The corn was soggy. The greenbeans were delicious. The cheese cake might have been good. It wasn't to me.That $1.00 was the best of the meal. It was still warm and the best out of that drive across town to checkout a special. The service was but I expected a meal. I won't be back.I ordered at the drive thru in the car and waited.

Majority of the times people only report when it unsatisfactory. I just came thru the drive thru for the first time and I really really enjoyed my meal and the service was excellent. Big supporter!! THANK YOU to all the staff.
