My rating is based off the fact this location isn't advertised as a ghost kitchen, but due to "lack of staff "it gives ghost kitchen vibes. The door are usually lock with some sad sign in the window...blah blah blah. I was also under the impression this location is open to 11pm, as stated on a big poster, nope the line is empty by 8pm. ORDER ONLINE ONLY but beware as they are often out of tortillas and will just substitute your burrito order to a bowl unbeknownst to you. Go to macon rd. #wildcard

This is my third time going to this Chipotle location and they have never not been a mess. It seems to be a staffing problem. I used to go inside to order so they don’t mess up my order but recently they switched to pickups only. The last 2 times i’ve placed my pickup order it’s been completely wrong and cold and just gross. I ordered tonight and they gave me 2 bowls instead of 2 burritos?? Not to mention both the bowls were wrong and one of them was supposed to be vegetarian and was filled with steak?? It’s so disheartening to see the staff struggling in there but i will not be supporting this establishment any longer until they get it together.

This is my second visit to this location. The 1st time they were out of cheese and this time they had no veggies. Not that they were not cooked, they had no more at 2pm. Not sure how a major chain runs out of key items in the middle of the day. Food was alright but obviously missing things I like.

They can never get delivery order right. They cheap out on the food or miss ingredients which is not that hard to do when you have it in writing ! They constantly forget things and never included my drink

The most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been in. Place was overwhelmingly dirty. Floors/tables/kitchen/food preparation area looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks

we went today and the whole place was nasty..food all over the floor, all over front line even in front of the cash register. the food was dried up in the pans like don't put new pans of ingredients down..just pouring new over old..yuk...trash was over flowing everywhere..I mean have some respect for your business you work for. if ur short staffed close up for 15 minutes and clean your restaurant...put a sign up. we will wait and brag on you...

My family stopped by today. The entire restaraunt was filthy. There was no food in the pans and what was there was dried up. The trash was overflowing in the 2 garbage cans in the dining room. Food was everywhere on the floors and counters. We didn't even order. We left and will not be back. This is not the first time.
I got a burrito bowl on Friday and that has got to be the worst tasting food I have ever had from Chipotle. Ever. The chicken, the rice, the beans, everything was tasteless and gross. Will not be coming back to this one.

We eat Chipotle often at least once a week and the last few times i have come to this location the customer service, food quality and inventory has been awful. I asked for a full size quesadilla yesterday and the lady at the counter said she couldnt do it. Didnt even explain the reason why. She goes to the back to grab the manager and he comes and tells me if that's what you want you will have to place an online order. I asked him why and he said call corporate if you have an issue. I just brushed it off and decided to order two children size quesadillas. I also ordered a salad and as we got all the way down the line to pay the lady at the register tells me that they are out of dressing. Every time i come to this chipotle they are out of something. The last time they were out of burritos so all you could order was a salad or tacos. They were also out of veggies and had no answer for when they would have more. On top of that when i got home to eat the quesadillas, the cheese was not even melted inside and fell out of. It looked like all they did was throw it on the small burritos and wrap it in foil instead of pressing it on the heated grill to melt the cheese. This place needs new management ASAP. The staff is rude, they are always out of items and the food quality is poor. I will start going to the Macon Rd location from now on. Yesterday was my last straw with this location. Its unacceptable!

They are ALWAYS out of something every time I come to this location. How do you run out of lettuce?!? There was no way to get lettuce from another store, OR WALMART? (Across the street) I always walk out unhappy due to this and when I do settle, it’s disgusting. I’m going back to Moes..
