Get a simple 8 piece with macaroni and cheese order. Online came and picked it up food was not ready. It took a extra 30 minutes just to make the macaroni and cheese macaroni and cheese with super watery. And uncooked the staff even said they get what they get and was very rude. Will it not be coming back to this churches?

Food is never ready. Always a wait. I waited in line for 20 minutes last week just to finally get to the window and they inform me it will be another 20 minute wait on the chicken. I went today and they did not have the frosted biscuits ready and another 10 minute wait on the chicken. This is the worst location in Columbus. Just go to Buena Vista road they are way faster.

Every time I go the staff is always amazing, and very nice, and enjoy helping the customer.
So they completely stiffed me on my drinks and sauces and biscuits. I asked for cherry lemonade and didn't get it. I asked for BBQ sauce and ranch, didn't get it. I asked for 3extra biscuits and only got one. Never ordering from here again. If you didn't have these things you could've let the dasher know so I could ask for something else. But this is what you do. Got it.

Went here on my Lunchbreak .. Placed an order for a spicy chicken sandwich and two legs and a biscuit… Told me it would be a 6 min wait on the chicken sandwich so I’m like ok that’s not long … Do you know I waited 25 mins for my order and then had the nerve to be rude about it… The stations wasn’t step up hardly no chicken cooked this place is horrible
