UPDATE: Owner contacted me and remedied the mistake with this week's meal prep. I'm now happy with this week's meal preps and plan to continue to be a returning customer.I am very disappointed with this week's meal preps. Apparantly, it is their policy that "based on availability" they can make substitutes in the meal preps without informing the customer. This week, there was a poor quality substitute in one of the meals, and when I went in to ask about it, I was told there was nothing they would do due to the substitute policy. Highly recommend you check meal preps before bringing them home or ask if they did any substitutes before paying. This item was advertised and sold as "Bacon Egg and Cheese Bites with Chocolate Chip waffle" and an unflavored low quality egg "omelet" was the substitute.

I've been here at least four times, and I have also been to the one in Norcross GA. The difference is night and day. I don't know if it's the staffs attitude or not being knowledgeable. I learned about the point system only after visiting this one for the 3rd time, which I couldn't get points for my other visit. Which was a bummer. This time, I wasn't even asked if I had an account. I also wished you could offer to healthcare workers other than just Piedmont. Will I be back? Yes, I will. Hopefully, my honest review will help someone first time visit.

Ashley and the crew at clean eatz are awesome! The food is always great - the steak melt is my absolute favorite and those damn buckeyes I can’t ignore everytime I’m in there. Great owner, great people and great food!

I'm on the Noom eating plan. It's a different way of eating for me. I was able to order a meal that fits into my plan. Not only that, but it was also DELICIOUS! I'm so glad I went there for lunch today.

The chocolate covered strawberry smoothie is so good- I always get it. They have a nice variety of pre-made meals and have healthier dessert options.

Customer service was not as good. Cashier did not speak and was not very attentive nor responsive. My order was wrong and pretty cold after waiting an hour. However, the facility was very clean.

I exclusively use their meal plans and the food is amazing. Each meal cost less than a fast food meal, but they taste so much better and are so much healthier. It is super convenient just to grab one on my way to work and put it in my lunch box. I like the extra protein option. I order online and it takes me about 2 minutes after I get to the store and I'm out of there with my order. Great service and an easy to find location.
