This a cute and immaculate dine in/take out restaurant in Publix's shopping plaza. I was excitely greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The menu showed all the items that were available for the day and on the food bar everything looked delicious ?. I chose the liver and onions over rice with collards and field peas...OMG everything was delicious and best of all (for me) none of the veggies are cooked with meat. I can't wait to go back tomorrow ?.

This is as down home as it gets. These ladies here know how to cook up some good soul food. If and when I pass through again, I'm definitely making time to get some more of them collards.
Went to Ed's southern kitchen today. Overall good. Great food, AMAZING Cake (I got chocolate). Tables clean. Ordering was confusing, didn't feel much customer flow, but managed to get our food relatively quickly. Nice staff. Went to the mens bathroom, and there was paper on the ground, roof broken, and dirty. Lock on door does not work. Great place, just needs big improvement on bathroom.
The food was overpriced and not good at all. My macaroni and cheese tasted like it was made with expired milk or cheese, and the oxtail was unseasoned. The cakes were dry.

Good food some workers are nice some not so much. But I go for the Dressing best in Columbus.
This is one of our favorite places to eat. It’s cafeteria style of all good home made food. The candied yams are one of my favorites and on Thursdays the pot roast is almost as good as mine. ? love the baked chicken mashed and gravy. Home made Mac n. Cheese. Heck it’s all delicious!
The overall experience was delightful. The food was superb as well as the service. We are out of towners, but will be back to ED’s???
