Worst customer service on 03/30/2024. My husband came in to pick up my order and the girl asked my husband the name for the order and he said Erin Armstrong. So the girl never thought to check the phone numbers, email or anything. Mind you my husband went in there twice. My name is Erin Patrick Armstrong so she told him there was no order. We live 45 minutes away and they acted like it was a problem we’d made. Why should we have had to come there 3 times. The girl never did her due diligence by checking the phone number on the order or the email. Then when the girl spoke to the Owner the girl called me back and stated the owner wouldn’t refund or do anything for the inconvenience as if driving 90mins is okay for some cupcakes. I will never order from them again. Ps. Seeing I can’t comment to your reply my husband did come in there twice. You might want to watch the video back seeing your staff is lying. No one is going to have the same phone number or email as well as address used for the order. They didn’t care and your comment clearly shows you don’t either.

Unprofessional Employee Alert: Jennifer at Gigi CupcakesMy recent visit to Gigi Cupcakes was marred by the unprofessional and disappointing service provided by an employee named Jennifer. From her dismissive attitude to her lack of basic customer service skills, Jennifer's behavior left much to be desired. I would caution others to be wary of the service they may receive from her.

Requested a birthday cake a week in advance, i thought it was too last minute but the woman I spoke with said they can make it happen. I told her everything needed for my request. She took down my phone number and my email, she told me i would receive a phone call to go over everything and then they can set up payment or whatever. A lady named Jennifer reached out via email, i responded then i didn’t get any other email notifications, not sure why she didn’t call when she had my contact info. She ended up calling me to tell me they could not make my daughters cake! She was extremely rude and would not let me talk! She kept interrupting me yelling and telling me to let her talk! That is no way to speak with a customer! Gigis as a whole has lost my business, my friends , and family's business as well.There was nothing at all left out.. so being unprofessional and rude is enough in its own.

My son and I when we want to treat ourselves to something special we have to get the Wedding Cake Cupcake or my son will get the Special of the season one but my only love is the Wedding Cake one they are worth the price just saying. plus they're little cheese cakes are so freaking good too

I ordered my daughter birthday cake from here she turned 4 and wanted a unicorn cake the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and the cake tasted delicious the frosting was too sweet but the cake was very good however we ordered the cake to be picked up @9 the young lady told me we could pick it up at 9am my daughter had tickets for Disney on ice at 11am but the day of their automated message said said that they did not open until 10. This caused me to run very much behind and my daughter ended up missing the first two performances of Disney on ice tickets that I paid over $300 for so I’m not too happy about that but I will say that the cake itself tasted great. Icing was way too sweet and it was beautifully made so I’m not too mad at my experience.

Employees were great to work with. Extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgable! Delivered 40 dozen Mini Cupcakes to some of our business clients which turned out to be a big hit! The cakes were made fresh and decorated with a Holiday, Christmas theme. The 5 stars reflect not only my experience but the positive responses we received from our clients! :)
They did an awesome job on my gender reveal cupcakes and were able to take me last minute and they tasted delicious!! Highly recommend!

I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday. Cupcakes are usually delicious and on point. I ordered to pick them up an hour before they open (as I do work) and low and behold I cannot receive the order that I paid for at the time they promised to have them ready…such an inconvenience!

We visited the store in Opelika and needed some cupcakes for a birthday party. We were able to order and pick up in Columbus, which saved a ton of time. So grateful for the staff that was friendly and helpful. The cupcakes are amazing, and the store has a nice seating area if you want to have a quick bite before you hit the road. We will definitely be back.

We always go to Gigi’s for their delicious cupcakes. Always have great flavors and variety ( even have gluten free options!) The facility is clean and welcoming with location offering plenty of parking.This year for my daughter's birthday we skipped cupcakes and ordered a cake from Gigi's. Alexis was super helpful and kind. She had patience with me and guided through the process. I came in with a photo for inspiration and she helped bring it to life. I picked up the order today and it was just what we wanted and tasted delicious!I highly recommend Gigi's.
