Rice was crunchy, our Sunday dinner was ruined. When we call the restaurant to talk to someone, got a static phone or voicemail could not hear anyone. Is there no way to contact a manager? Guess not! ???

The taste of the food is decent, but the smell and cleanliness of the building is absolutely disgusting! I went in at 1102 (2 minutes after they opened) the toilet had dried pee ALL over the toilet seat, the floors looks like they have not been swept and mopped in quite awhile, and the trash can was completely full sticking out of the opening. Obviously that was the trash left over night from yesterday. If the dining room and bathroom looks like this, I can only imagine what the back looks like or the amount of roaches and mice this place houses. I will not be back.

Food was good. Wait was crazy long, that's ok because food is fresh though. I did receive the complete wrong order and have to go back which took an additional 30 mins so make sure you have the right food before you leave. The wait is even worse inside than in the drive thru. Manager was very nice and fixed my order, it did take 30 mins though when my initial order in the drive thru only took 15 mins tops with a packed drive thru.

Chicken severely overcooked and rice was bland. Veggies were cooked well. But the service was quick dining in and received appropriate amount of food for price.

I have been eating Hibatchi Express for many years now. Two days ago, I had the worst food poisoning of my entire life. I'm not sure if they are under new management or something. But I would not recommend this location due to food safety concerns.

Everything has gotten worse in the past 3 years would not recommend coming to this restaurant anymore.
First time ordering at this restaurant, we went through the drive-thru. We ordered two combo plates, one steak and shrimp, one chicken and shrimp little over 37 dollars for the two combos. We first opened the combo steak and shrimp didn't look too appetizing. We opened the second combo that was supposed to be chicken and shrimp but it was steak and shrimp too so we didn't get what we ordered. Luckily though the food was good so I really can't complain except that they screwed up our order.

I really like this restaurant, I've had the chicken bowl and fried rice, the steak and fried rice, the hibachi and rice and love it all. Great service, friendly, ambiance ok but can be better. But who am I . Thank you keep up the good work!!!

1 star they won’t answer the phone and they forgot my egg rolls and they already high enough let alone not getting them and went all the way there from Alabama because I love there food but I’m bummed out

Chicken is dry, burnt and flavorless. Vegetables are clearly old, not fresh at all. Would recommend going up the road to JL Japanese if you want truly good hibachi. Same price, authentic and much better.
