Great place for breakfast! Enjoyed the food very much and the service was excellent as well. They kept the temperature pretty low/cold otherwise almost a 5 star rating across the board.Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to Gluten and they had plenty of delicious options for me!

The food was delicious and the place was clean and quiet. But this is my 2nd time here and the service is alway mediocre at best. We sat immediately. It took her while to bring our drinks. It took a while for food waitress never comes and give an update just disappears. Meanwhile I watch another lady service a large party and another table and continuously checked on her customers with a sense of urgency. Wasn’t offered refills nothing. I tip $3 out of being nice because she was pregnant but she didn’t deserve it. When it was time to check out we also had to wait on her at the front wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Upon arrival, nobody was at the front desk to greet/ seat me. After about 5 minutes, I sat myself, called this ihop twice, and when someone answered, I told them where I was sitting. The waitress eventually came to my table without a menu or silverware to take my order. I just ordered my usual, so no problem. My drinks came and eventually, my food. I’m sitting at my table trying to flag down a waitress, but they all go to the back. After another 5 minutes, a waitress was bringing another patrons food and saw me sitting, not eating. She’s asked if everything is okay. I told her that I’m not sure how I’m supposed to eat this… WITHOUT A FORK!!! I then stated that the service isn’t good today and I’m just going to leave seeing as how I’m not being treated correctly, but when the check comes, I’ll be expected to pay full price AND tip. This isn’t my first time at this ihop location. I always pay and tip well, but this was not right. I’m more disappointed than mad or frustrated because I really liked this location.

I'm filing this meal away in the "'I ate way more than I should have and now I'm only going to want to sleep for the rest of the day" folder. Seriously, I enjoyed it here. They were especially packed when we went. About a 15-20 minute wait time. But we got in and ordered our late breakfast feast. The staff was enjoyable and fun, even though they were slammed with business. I'd recommend going here again.
