I patroned this location today. There were quite a few customers but I was willing to stand in line considering my positive experiences at other Jersey Mike’s locations. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience at this location, after standing in line for several minutes, I was overlooked by staff. Customers that came in after me were serviced before me. The staff could not render an explanation. Adding insult to injury, despite her attempts to whisper I heard the cashier comment on my irritation. Definitely will not go to this location again.

Horrible service, super slow, charged extra for everything. 100$ for four people what a joke. Made us pay twice for a brownie. The people act slow.The food was fine but they were also rude.

Fantastic! Ordered catering yesterday to be picked up today. The order was ready before the pick up time! They had all the toppings ready on the side and even put the oil and vinegar in small to-go ramekins for us. The staff was so nice! Will definitely order catering again!

If I could give this less than one star I would. Apparently the staff need to go back to primary school because it's too hard to read NO CHEESE on an order. Thank you for ruining my dinner and my appetite. Absolute trash.

My only problem with Mike's is the price. A full size steak and cheese sub cost right around 12.00 not too long ago. My family likes those. Now, add the price of chips and a tip and tax and you're over 50.00. I recently went to the Fiesta Mexican restaurant and spent less for steak fajitas for three . . . with a tip. Post COVID pricing I guess.
Usually I love Jersy Mike's but yesterday, my wife brought us both one home for lunch. Hers was fine, but she ordered an Italian for me, all the way. Instead, when I opebned it nat home, it was some kind ofbroast beef, which I despise. And sometghing nabout it was sweet, which I also dislike.OH well, the dog loved it. And the Fritos were good.
