“While I recommend Ride on Smoothies. I did have an issue with customer service. I usually call and prepay before picking up my beverage. Today, I went online to reserve my beverages. It was not available. I called the store and was told it was a mistake and they had plenty! I told her I was en route. I arrived and of course, it's Saturday and the parking is hectic! I called and asked if I can prepay and have someone to run my package out to me. I'm told know after a text from the manager. They don't do that. What?! It's always been done. I said, okay, I'll put my hazards lights on, run in quickly, and be done. I see new employees. She explains to me that it's busy and she couldn't come out to meet me. I'm confused, because you told you don't do it anymore. I have anxiety and a disability. This is why I do this. I was annoyed! Do better Ride on Smoothies & Juice Bar.“
“This is the best shop around! The crew is awesome , always friendly! I love my loaded teas and I have to admit I have tried several shops around town. I even have one right beside my work. They are not all the same! River road nutrition is always full of flavor! Never watered down like some other shops I have tried. I stick to what I know is best, and this shop is the best! My favorite is the ninja turtle! My teenagers like the Bomb pop, and Captain america!“
“Awesome place to get delicious drinks! Low calorie, high protein shakes or teas, with so many flavors it’ll make your head spin! Delicious drinks, if I could I’d have one every day! It’s especially good after a run or walk on the river walk, only a block away from the parking area for the river walk or just park in front of the store!“
“The Sunshine Smoothie was great tasting and filling for a snack between breakfast and early dinner. There were 4 girls working when I came in. The girl doing the most work was the only one that greeted me or even said anything to me. Though I loudly said I had a mobile order, the girl that made my drink didn't say anything to me and placed it in a cubby hole on the shelf right next to me. That was annoying... but the product was spot on!“
