I ordered 12 piece thigh and legs bucket. I did t get that, I got the one breasts and wings which I can’t stand. The corn I ordered like it was old. It was shriveled. I tried a kernel and it was so tough and inedible. I spent $50 and didn’t get what I ordered.

Ordered #1 asked for 2 legs, one spicy one original I got 2 barely warm orginal legs! If it wasn’t raining I’d take this back and get a refund! Smh How you can’t get that one order right and this not the first time! Only one car in the drive thru with an empty lobby!

Good food, the staff is a bit slow , when my phone alerts me that my order is ready, it's not, I think they are on a timer to move orders and press " order ready " when in fact it took 10 minutes longer.
Ordered at 3:35 was still waiting at 4:00. Went inside and lady at window took my receipt and said.... l went back and they hadn't even dropped the chicken. Finally got the chicken at 4:20. Did not receive the 2 order of coleslaw. Did not give my receipt back and the biscuit was hard as a rock. What is going on at that store. Please tell me.

Just picked up my online order asked for honey and hot sauce the lady said there was hotsauce in the bag I emptied the bag to show her there wasn't any I had also asked for honey she proceeds to grab a handful of hotsauce to put in my bag then I asked for the honey once again she goes back to get some but had such a attitude...

Columbus, Don't buy anything from this store just brought ? something there it's were horrible ? only thing was okay Diet Pepsi the chicken wasn't fully cooked I spent 12.18.... I should've waited until gotten home and stopped by Veterans to get some I stay to far out to bring back I have the worst headache ever ? don't eat there ya'll I live on North side of town. I hate I went there Not Good..
