I feel bad, they were very nice, but the food was gross. Everything tasted off. We got the crab ragoons and sushi. It was all off, we even had to send the ragoons back.

We stopped at Lemongrass on our way through Columbus. We were impressed with the wonderful variety of choices on the menu. They had Thai and Japanese foods with several different types of curry as well as different choices of seafood. We had a curry dish, spring rolls, special fried rice, and a vegetable and noodle dish. We asked a lot of questions about the menu trying to decide what to order, and our waitress patiently answered them and accommodated our dietary requests. The food all tasted very good, but the spiciness of the fried rice was greater than we expected after ordering level 2.

This was a business that my family and I would faithfully patronize. The receptionist who took my order made a gross mistake and overcharged me. In an effort to correct the situation, I asked for the owner, Gina, to be informed. She responded so coldly and dismissed our concerns, instantly taking up for her employee, without hearing us out. We were rushed off of the phone and disregarded. If you're looking for a local business that values customer service and connections, this is NOT the one. The owner sees you as a number that can easily be replaced.Edit to owner's response: The review was written for customers, not for a lackluster response from you. I'm sorry that I have a low tolerance for dishonest owners who also badly influence their employees. You are the one who needs help and training.

This restaurant is by far the worst restaurant to get sushi! It was overpriced. it was not fresh and I feel like I pay $25 just for the rice. I didn't even eat the food and throw it in the garbage. I would never go back to the restaurant and I wouldn't even recommend the restaurant to my enemies! If I have an option for no stars, that's why I would give to this restaurant!
I've had Thai Curry, but Lemongrass exceeded my expectations. The flavors blend very well & "three chili heat level" is perfect for me. It was hot, but I was able to enjoy all of the other flavors & notes of my curry. I would have preferred more veggies & less chicken. The serving portions are big & you'll have enough for two sittings. I'm adding Lemongrass to my rotation as a replacement for F*j*.

There was not a soul in the restaurant when we arrived so we ordered a appetizer and after that the service dropped off the map. We waited and waited the entire time do not recommend unless you plan on waiting 3-5 business days for food

Best meal my family has had since we moved to Columbus 6 months ago. Fantastic, so flavorful. We do suggest ordering Spice Level 2 for flavor, but not to much heat.

Giving this establishment 1 star is really being generous. I was in Columbus from out of town & requested a quick, take out order. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Before ordering, i heard mixed reviews - but i figured i was looking for something quick and it couldn’t be that bad. The lack of customer service is what really made it a horrible experience. They ended up not only wasting my time but left me completely disappointed…& hungry!If service means anything to you, i would advise to stay away.
