This place has had many change of managers. Sometimes it's the best, and easy place to order. Other times it takes 15 plus min to get your pizza other than the hot and ready, they have those ready.Workers are attentively to you when waiting for your order.Not very busy at time.

They closed their lobby almost 2 hours before they are scheduled to close and direct all customers to the drive thru which is at minimum 15 cars long while they are all hanging out inside. We ordered ahead and from start to finish, it was nearly an hour in total. The food was lukewarm at best. The service was less than professional.

Pizza warmers were broke; scolded by employee for “jumping the line” when I asked for my prepaid pizza as I watch it cool on a table. Threw it away, couldn’t eat after seeing the cleanliness and employee’s attitude.
Order a 8 piece wing they only gave me 6 and my pizza was cold upon arrival for delivery.

Not all the staff, but tonight was disastrous, I ordered at 6:45 and they told me I can come in 20 minutes, I asked the girl if she took my order because I was just hesitating on the phone and she answered Yes, they made me wait in the self-service and then told me that they do not have any order registered in my name and that therefore I had to go into the store to order and wait longer for an order, I am a regular customer due to a very friendly and my son appreciates going there but every time I get to meet the girl tonight I have this bad experience

I call in an order and was rude when answering and yelling and was told I was the one with the attitude. Most disrespectful place not the first time.
I went through the drive thru and there were about 5 cars ahead of me, not a problem. Got to the window at 8:40pm to place order. They said there was a 15 minute wait but I could pay now. So I did. Sat in the parking lot until 8:57. Walked to the front door because I thought, no way they expect me to go through the drive thru and get back in line( which again had 4 to 5 cars in it) but that’s exactly what I had to do because the door was locked and the worker in the back was waving me to go back through the drive thru. I’m holding up my receipt but she still waves me on. Uggg ok so I get back in line which took about 20 minutes. As each car ahead of me were paying and their pizzas being brought to them I’m sitting in my car waiting to get pizza I ordered in this same drive through over 30 minutes ago. So now I’m getting frustrated…I was here before y’all dang!! Lol..Finally get to the window, show my receipt and the worker closed the window and begin having a conversation with another employee as I waited, AGAIN. I’m writing this review because there needs to be a better system when pizzas aren’t ready and there’s a wait time, (which isn’t the problem), the problem is when a customer pays and waits but gets “put in the back of the line” basically. I definitely won’t wait next time, take my money somewhere else??♀️?

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I waited in line for like 25 mins. Than I get to the window and they talking about a 20 minute wait. Like got dang what the hell yall was doing while we waited in line for 25 mins. Taking a nap? I went on to somewhere else to get something to eat, because apparently we not eating at this restaurant. I returned to this place to get a large sausage pizza. They said I have to come inside to get that. I'm like I don't want it. What's the difference if I pay at the window or pay inside. I'm so done with this place.

Ordering on the app and picking up in the portal literally says SKIP THE LINE. Why I gotta get in a drive thru line on a Friday night when I ordered for pick-up inside. The line it too long to be be sitting in on a Friday. SKIP THE LINE is what's advertised and this should be observed. Y'all need better customer service.
