Took too long to actually get order. Was told 15 minutes, and instead had to wait 45 minutes.Service was terrible, not the food. I love the crazy puffs.

The only little ceasers that has food stocked until close!!!!! Milgen road little ceasers does not! Only a few miles apart!this locations drive up window is NOT on a hill....BIG PLUS!

The manager was really awesome for letting me customize my pizza how I wanted it!Some Little Caesars pizza places don't do that. Their managers claim their staff doesn't know how to "not" add stuff to the pizza. Which makes no sense. I feel like they're lying to me because the concept of "not" doing something is straight forward.And I could understand if they can't "add" something, especially without charging. But "not" adding sauce seems like a way for the company to save money on something a customer doesn't want. I don't understand how it's a hard concept. I think MAYBE if I were to guess it's the way the order is put in on the system and it goes to the back and they just follow instructions. Maybe there is no way you can add instructions on the computer to send the instructions back? And maybe they're too lazy to just go back and tell the person makin the pizza to leave off an ingredient? Maybe that's too convoluted for them? Idk. I guess I can understand if they're super busy, just say you're too busy idk.But this guy gets it, and I'll be spending my money here more as a result. They have some of the coolest most chill staff ever so I appreciate a welcoming atmosphere.Only tiny complaint is sometimes depending on who's working I guess, the sauces aren't filled up like they should be so some of them have a little less than half of the sauce container filled I end up just having to use my own which is no big deal. Some days the sauces are filled up right, but this isn't enough of an issue for me to substract from my 5/5 would eat here again rating.

Was a night mate! The pizza was bad but we ate it and I had to add cheese I ask for extra cheese and half mushrooms and lite sauce they added extra cheese after they put mushrooms and the dough was nit cooked all the way and they had the phone's off and they were not busy at all and Steve the cashier I could not hear him and I had to tell him to talk louder people standing around in the back and they were playing around I am so upset never had I ever had a bad time with my order and the people

The one time I didn't check my pizzas before driving off from the drive thru, and one we can't eat. I ordered a thin crust Supreme, and when I got where I was going I don't know what pizza it was, but it had black olives and jalapeños all over it, instead of pepperoni and onions.

I ordered a Twix brownie and this guy gave me a 4 pack of raw brownies that was not cooked never touched a oven but on the picture/advertisement it looks pretty cooked to me and this is my second time coming to this location the guy that I assume is the manager is very rude he never greets his guests never say thank u or nothing he needs to be working at a farm cuz his communication skills are not management material and secondly giving out raw brownies is not good for business and I’ll be getting more information on this Situation because it’s unacceptable

They were very busy but they were working as quickly as they could to get the orders out. The person working the register was constantly checking on orders and super nice, even though some of the people were not very friendly due to the wait. The wait online was spot on with how long I did have to wait.

Great food and accurate orders as always but the people working there will have you standing for minutes without acknowledging you. I'm an impatient man and grabbed their attention but according to my conversation with the poor lady in front of me standing with her young son they were waiting a long time before I came in

Asked for extra most bestest cashier at drive thru requested it the other cook/ worker said something we're out next thing I know I had my pizza. Didn't realize it was a thin crust in the box until I got home. The label printed was extra most best. As a courtesy give the customer the opportunity to decide to wait or get a different pizza. All you had to do was communicate. The time was around 4:15. I won't be going back there.
