This place has NEVER gave me change ever on all takeout orders they tell you the total and never give you the change.. so if they do that every day to everybody imagine how much their over at the end of the night.. that’s wild too me. I’ve been here atleast 15 times and NEVER gotten any change back.

I visited here on a Sunday evening around 5pm, they were pretty busy however my party & I could sit at the bar right away. I was at table of 5. Immediately coming in all the tables in the bar area were not cleaned yet so we had to wait awhile standing up for them to wipe off our table. They were busy and also seemed a little understaffed just with how long we waited for the cleaning of table, food, and drinks. Pretty much everything was a long wait however our waistress I believe her name is Mariela was very nice and patient with any request we had. She never complained about anything or become rude or impatient with our request. The food was good and my texas maragarita was as well. A couple of friends of mine ordered a long pour alcoholic beverage in which we were told they were out of shakers so instead they brought long glasses not sure if it's equivalent but waistress stated it was. Again our waistress was very patient and nice this location just needs a little help with staffing and cleaning. If you're unsure what to order the chicken bites are a must for a starter and all the salads are very good! The fried shrimp appetizer never disappoints either!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We went, were seated and then nothing. Nobody came over to greet us or take our drink order. Eventually I found out our waiter was a white male who was told by another waitress that he needed to wait on us and this jerk refused to even come to our table, even though we were in his section. Since we had African Americans dining with us, I figured the guy was racist and didn't want to serve African Americans. Well anyway, the waitress who kept telling this guy to take our order decided to take it upon herself to wait on us. She was extremely nice and professional. We left her an extremely large tip which I hope she told that racist guy he missed out on.

Chile it’s so ghetto here. No carbonation so no drinks other than lemonade, water, & sweet tea. Waiting 45 minutes to be seated. Another 45 to be served and the food was TERRIBLE. the tenders i ordered were maybe the size of a quarter. the steak was chewy. the rice under the salmon was hard. For a one hundred dollar meal, and for the longhorn brand, i expected more. this was terrible.

Usually not as busy as “the other Longhorn” which is a good thing. Normally we have informational hostess and great service. One time we went there was a wackadoodle yelling and carrying on about the all of a sudden very busy (little did he know that other steakhouses in the area were claiming 1 hour 45 minutes wait on a seat) I’m assuming everyone else didn’t want the long wait either. But this guy was rude on informing everyone that they were going to have to wait at least 45 minutes more than what they were told. We would’ve walked out at that time because the yelling and disrespect for all the customers because it was a bit intimidating! Have to say it wasn’t too much longer than what we were told on the wait until we were seated. VERY nice server calmed us down talked gently assured us we would be taken good care of, then explained how short staffed they were that day and how most felt overwhelmed. The “ yelling” greeter finally stopped the very loud “announcements” and we had a great experience from there. Even the manager came over when we asked and sat with us for a few moments to explain that they were short staffed but they were trying to make sure everyone’s experience would bring them back. I would give 5 busting at the seams stars but that yelling was uncomfortable. We have been back since and had a very enjoyable evening - Have to say Every time before and since, I’d give Five Stars for the Servers we’ve had -The food was always hot and delicious- The management was very understanding and had all the right answers for our experience!Dietary restrictions: We are eating Paleo- options were there! Ask about what’s cooked with specific foods and either we had the answer right there or they would get an answer and let us know.

Let me start by saying I've worked in customer service in some capacity for most of my teenage/adult life so I am more than understanding. I know what its líke to get in the weeds. I know how stressful it can be when the kitchen is backed up. I know how important tips are for severs and I don't penalize them for things out of their control. But today... Today had me almost to the "let me speak to your manager" point!!! Chose to eat here for my birthday out of all places . Wait time to be seated was 15 minutes. Was seated in a booth with gum crayons and dirt in the cracks and a musky smell of mildewed carpet. Drinks,appetizer and kids food order was taken by a lovely server (ameeka) from the table beside us because our server was "double sat" those items were also delivered by that same server. When our server became free she took mine and my husband's order. One appetizer came with the food and the other was forgotten about and came later. Steak was uncuttable and inedible! Salmon was severely overcooked and smelled!! She never asked if we were okay drinks were only refilled upon request and after receiving the bill. The free appetizer that came after the meal was still on the bill (170.00) the prebussing and urgency only occured after she delivered the check !!! All in all the whole experience sucked and I will not return !! Still tipped but definitely not the 30 percent I usually do!! I left her gas money!!

Order food online .. order time for pick up was 8:15 got there the food was not ready until 9:00. I got all the way home I was missing a side ,food was cold and I called the restaurant to complain the phone was disconnected twice.
