Terrible customer service and super crooked bought a "universal rim" from them to replace an old one and they swore up and down that it was good and it wouldn't do anything to the car then a few months later the rim sheared my lug bolts off of that side of the car and I called them saying "hey this happened" and the dude told me it wasn't his problem and that he doesn't care it happened and that he doesn't have "technicians" he just has some people working for him

Liars! They are awful! We needed a rim for my son's car. They said they had one- we got there and it had extra holes. I asked and the employee swore it was fine. I asked repeatedly and he said it was fine. I also bought 2 new tires from them. A few months later 3 of lug bolts sheared off!! We called a mechanic and he said those universal rims should not be sold like that. He said they will most definitely shear the bolts off. Called Los Amigos and the guy absolutely refused to be responsible! He said they weren't responsible at all!!! He just kept saying things happen 'how was he to know the rim causes this. NEVER ruse them- they will sell u parts that can damage your car! They lie and could cause someone to be harmed! My son could have been in a wreck if his whole wheel came off. It is going to cost over 300.00 to fix it. Awful -NEVER use them.

Was told it was going to be 25 dollars to mount two new tires on two new rims half way through they said 70 dollars I said no and end up having to pay 50 total just to mount the tires only on rim what a rip off
