Whoever was on drive through Monday 3/25 at 7pm needs to get off of drive though speaker immediately. Pulled up to the window having an AWFUL day, and I hear “what do you want”, got one thing out and cut off with “pull up to the window” and I said “I wasn’t done” she huffed and said “well what do you want” GIRL you are at work. I am not your child or mama, whoever you speak to like that. I’m a customer, and I had to pull off before losing it. Give someone else the job if you don’t want it.

Manager was screaming at her employees in the most annoying voice imaginable. Someone high on drugs was standing in the doorway. When I went to order from the kiosk, the lady told me they were getting ready to close the seating area at 9:08pm, March 24,2024. Their hours are listed to close at 11:00pm.

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in the city! The manager with the nappy wig had the audacity to cuss at us when we asked for our food fresh, then had the employee at window close the window while I was talking to her about my food. I called another location, only to be told that pezoild management no longer owns the McDonald’s. Well that’s the 1st problem. There are too many kids high and playing on their phones to give good customer service!!

Might want to update your hours online says 11. Came at 10:22 and I was told it was closed. I live in midland. Then drop to veterans parkways at 10:48 and the order in! Thank you McDonald’s on veterans!

I hate going to this McDonald's. It's always something... I always have issues using the app once I get their location and most of the employees are rude. The food is also stale at times. Although it's farther from my home, I'd rather go to the McDonald's off of Milgen, as they're always polite and I never have an issue with my meals.

I did a mobile order for a big Mac, quarter pounder, fries, and a 20 piece mcnuggets. They started out on a bad foot telling me that I couldn't add a milkshake to my mobile order. I have always been ASKED at other McDonald's if I would like to add something to my order! I purchased the shake separately. I get to the window and she asks me to pull up to stall 1 to wait for my order. There are 2 #1's. I ask "which one?" She says "over there". Both of them are located "over there". That was the most unnecessary, confusing conversation. Why not just say "mobile #1 or drive thru #1"? I got my order but they forgot my milkshake because it was a separate order! I had to go in to get it. Also, I'm not sure what they did with the chicken mcnuggets but they don't taste like chicken, at all!

Went through the drive-thru, how could they mess up in order of nuggets with sauce? And when I went into fuss about it the lady said they only take orders through a kiosks and by the time she told me that she could have already placed the order and been done with it. Horrible customer service, will not ever be back to this location.
