I came around 3 right when they were switching out. The young ladiie who was running the drive thru with the pink nails had great customer service.. she needs to run the drive thru all the time lol ? but odn way to go miss ladiie ?

This location is always busy. Expect a wait in the drive thru. Oma loves their caramel frappes. With the boys the cheeseburger meal deal is a great value. It's 14.99 for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 10 count nuggets, and 2 medium French fries. This location sometimes has staffing issues.

This Location is horrible. There was a line at the drive through and we sat there for 10 minutes only to drive around and see that there is NO ONE at the window. The workers have disappeared in the back and the doors are locked early. Go else where

I went through the drive thru, ordered a simple burger plain with a drink, no ice. Nothing crazy. They confirmed with me 3 times at the speaker, confirmed with me when I paid. And handed me a drink with ice. No big deal I get it all the time she swapped my drink out and I pulled forward to wait for my food. I get my food and it's wrong. I go inside and notice that the lobby smells of urine and when they went to swap my burger out for the right one they came back with another wrong burger. So after waiting in line, waiting for my food, and waiting for my corrected food I still had the wrong food. They did eventually get it right but at that point it had been well over 30m waiting for what I ordered in a lobby that smelled of urine. McDonald's isn't a fancy restaurant I go there because it's quick and sometimes cheap but this was not quick and not sanitary in the least.

Went to get a 6 count happy meal and was told they only service 4 count which I didn’t understand. Also, the guy kept saying they were not accepting my keep for the $5 meal, even though my app was giving me confirmation the code was accepted.

The fries were terrible, chicken sandwich was burnt so bad it stunk up my house, chicken nuggets were stale. I hardly ever go to McDonald's, I won't be going back.Service was great! Very friendly staff

I had to wait a good five minutes before anyone said anything at the drive thru. Then they didn’t have anything… just nuggets, chicken sandwiches and only bottled water. The food was just a waste, I won’t be coming back to this location.

I have been the one in Macon road several times and each time I go my order is either not correct or just nasty fries either or cold or to much salt and my drink if u order a large by the time u get to the last window they always say he or she rung it up as a medium just poor service all the time

I usually do my mobile orders on Bradley park dr where I work and it’s always a phenomenal experience and customer service. Somehow my phone got put on Macon rd and I knew I would have a ghetto experience. I drove there I waited for my mobile order 15 minutes no one came but my ap was saying 2-5 minutes. I came in and told a young black guy I assume was the manager who then told me to fix my own drink and he would give me an apple pie. All of the sodas was carbonated water. I watch them continuously give out drive thru orders he finally gave me mines. The fries tasted old and disgusting. The apple pies was over a month old. It said best by 1/20/24. It’s 2/20/24 it tasted old. I just threw everything away except the burger. I’m 6 months pregnant and this was a terrible experience. But I don’t expect chick fil a service at McDonald’s no way

The only reason this place got 2 stars is because of management. All the Managers are amazing. The crew members not so much. They get my order wrong all the time. There alway's mixing up my drinks. Like I wanted a hot Carmel mocha I specify the hot every time. It even comes up on the screen as I said. They give me a mocha frappe when I get to the window tho. Really every time. Smh the workers are rude or act like your a inconvenience to them. few times I cought a couple people on there phons well the manager was outside. Fixing there mess up. . Then the women at the counter ignored my fiance when he went in to get the missing pieces to my child's happy meal. Absolutely radicals. honestly feel really bad for the management team here. As someone who has worked at McDonald's all over the country. I have never seen people do the stuff this crew does. The managers can't even correct them. They have no time to because they are to busy fixing the mistakes of the crew. It's supposed to be a team effort not a couple people doing it all thing. Honestly and this may seam harsh but it's the truth. They need to get rid of most of the crew and do a new hiring process. Like the owner of my old McDonald's did. GREAT JOB MANAGEMENT ❤️ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ??
