Went to this location at 10:30 PM 13 March and waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes. I ordered a big Mac a 10 piece nugget and a happy meal I get home and I was missing a whole 10 piece nugget. Like how is that possible? I got my sauce for the nuggets, but no nuggets. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes in the drive-through and then be missing food

Absolutely worst McDonald’sive ever been too. Waited 10 min at the menu board for my order to even be taken. To mess up my order. No receipt given and waited another 20mins. They kept messing up. Gave mr wrong drinks and just looked confused and lost. Don’t know why they ask what dips you want if they never give them out. No straws cold food and when I asked where missing items where. They said it wasn’t rang up correctly I had no receipt so I offered to pay and they said no! They says the food I ordered wasn’t on the order and they just didn’t care. They treated me as an inconvenience. Worst experience ever. With the prices they charge now and how bad the service and food it. I’m just done eating there never again.

I'm not going to rave about the food; it's fast food and it's McDonald's. It's pretty much what you'd expect. It keeps hunger at bay, and I like it. However, I would like to say that the people on the morning crew really have their act together. My order has always been right and they're fast, which is a definite plus when I'm on my way to work. Also, unlike the McDonald's on Veteran's Parkway close to downtown, I've never had to beg for ketchup while the counter people ignore me and pretend like they don't see me standing there for an interminable amount of time; they just give me ketchup.
