The teenagers that work at this location are awful and all should be fired. Nasty attitude causing the orders not to be right......Get a new staff with better attitude and good customer service. Mouthing and eye rolling to the customer is not the answer.....

We waited 30 minutes in drive thru line. Inside was closed. This was at 930 pm. When i got my food. The fries and burger were extremely cold.
Overall a terrible place. Staff has a poor attitude. And you might as well just tell them to throw whatever they want to in your bag. Because the order is never correct.

Went there last night with my kids and got 3 of the 10pc nugget meals... a 4pc nugget kids meal (bc they said they no longer do the 6pc kids meals ?) and a mcdouble meal with a large fry... I ask for ALOT of ketchup in place of any sauces for the nuggets and fries... they gave me 9 packets and when I asked for more the girl went and got the manager and he handed me 3 more and told me they couldn't give anymore bc they are having to cut back on how much sauce they give out... even though I did order all that food!! What the actual ? That's ridiculous frfr

Sat in the drive through line in lane 2. Watched as they took orders from 7 cars on lane 1 and never even came over the speaker to ask for my order. I drove off and went to Chick-fil-A and you should to! This is usually the best location where I live. I know no one goes to McDonalds for the service- but today was ridiculous.

I Ordered a coffee and a large water in the drive thru. The manager had a terrible attitude and did not want to hand me my two simple items that were already in her hands. Instead of handing me my items, she told another employee to hand them to me. Weird. When I grabbed my coffee cup, the employee was acting skittish, and the hot coffee spilled all over my lap because the lid was not even on! Anyone would be PISSED! I would have said something right then and there, but I had to take my mother to a doctor’s appointment, and it appeared that the manager did not care anyway. Now my skin is burned.If the workers do not want to work, why are they at work? If the manager does not want to work that store the company should relocate her to a different location. No courtesy exists at these McDonald’s stores. Probably my last time EVER ordering from this brand.
