Food was pretty good, and was served nice and hot! It was a bit of a wait, but since we were a bigger party, it wasn't too bad. The service, however, was where it shined! Our server was very sweet and kept checking on us. The decor was unique too, which I appreciate. Good place for a fun evening out!

Honestly, I think the kitchen staff was on mushrooms while attempting to make our pizza. They had to restart it twice from what they said. When they finally brought out the 3rd attempt, it looked like it fell on the floor and was kicked around a bit.

I'm not going to lie. The hype was wroth the wait. I have been here for 3years and I have to say great made pizza and great selection of drinks. The wife and I had lunch and we enjoyed it. This will be a place to go with the family on pizza night.Great service, food and atmosphere.

The kitchen was all discombobulated, and my appetizer came about an hour AFTER everyone else's dinner, AND it was wrong. It wasn't the server's fault, as he put the order in correctly, and he was immensely apologetic. I get this same appetizer all of the time, and from several different Mellow locations, although this is the only time it has been so awful. They don't seem to follow the same recipe that every other Mellow does. The servers at this location are great, the ambiance is wonderful as well, if only the management stayed on top of the kitchen, not only about food quality, but timing within parties! What a shame!Kid-friendliness: Great family friendly restaurant.

This place has horrible horrible management. The manager Chris aka Bob needs to learn how to talk to his employees. It’s not okay for anyone to feel belittled, yelled at, or talked down on by someone who is supposed to be their leader. He is very rude. No one in their washes their hands no one uses gloves. The employees that are there and that have been there for a while just use the new hires to do all of their work while they sit back and watch. They don’t know how to train the new employees. They don’t enforce rules with employees that have been there they only enforce the rules with the newly hired. There is a bunch of behind the scenes drama going on with the employees including management. Horrible work experience! By far one the worst’s experiences I’ve ever had. I’m glad you could respond the whole time I’ve been doing my training I’ve been watching videos and taking notes and no one has ever said anything but you will learn to respect the people the are supposed to work for you just like you respect the people that come to eat at your establishment on top of that the food was ordered for me and sent to the job but you almost saved your face but not that well

Our family has come here for about 9 years. The food is consistently good, the atmosphere is AMAZING, and the service is great. We get the brushetta every time we go, and it never disappoints. However, we try a different pizza every time we go. Last time, we had Pacific Rim, and this time was the house special(no mushroom on half). They never mess up the order, and we usually have a big order. Mellow mushroom is our family's go-to. The atmosphere can be noisy(as to be expected), so it's not intimate seating and may not be hearing aid friendly but a great family or friends place. Good job mushroom, way to set the vibe!
Went for my son's birthday dinner (his choice) and had a delicious meal. Service was timely, friendly, and food came hot and piled with toppings! Pretzel bites and beer cheese for appetizer, Ritz Burger, Small Build your Own with no cheese (dairy allergy), Small house special, Medium Pacific Rim and The Merry Prankster. They even did a little Birthday Ice Cream and brought it out, which was so sweet! Took home leftover pizza and enjoyed it again the next day!Kid-friendliness: Large paper menu/coloring page and crayons provided.

I ordered a medium vegan veg out which was smaller than I expected for the cost. A medium pie in NYC is often just as expensive but seems bigger. The vegan cheese wasn't melted as well as it could have been and the taste of the slices was subpar. I also ordered a tempeh hoagie and it had no flavor and the cheese was completely unmelted and had no flavor.The service was terrible. The front of house staff taking the to go orders were not keeping up with orders. After making the order and being promised it would be ready in 45 minutes (an already lengthy wait). the order wasn't prepared for well over an hour and a half.I hope they do better with their non vegan pies because this was terrible and I was so excited because my previous Mellow Mushroom experiences were always amazing.
