Food was decent. But management is failing. Everything was dirty, disgusting and the staff was disjointed. I'm positive they were doing what they were told. Just these business owners/franchisees have no understanding of how to run things anymore.

I have received old corn and a whole cup of green bell pepper with large places of onion, chicken so tiny that it's hard to edify if it's chicken..I will never order food from this brand of eaterie again, not even if it's for free.

The ladies on 8/5/23 day shift, made my experience with Moe's worth the 30 min drive to Columbus.Courteous, no gum snacking like the other location, and my order was ready before specified pickup time.Seems as if one thing was missing, but I don't think it would have improved the taste and/or flavor of my meal. Ski that's okay. Adobo chicken was juicy, rice had flavor, and toppings were just yum, yum.Surpassed previous visits to the same location. There was also no natural gas smell this time. Kudos!

If you want to utilize Moe Monday, you now are required to use their app, which I find counterproductive personally to force people to download/install excess apps. Food was decent though!

Man I love Moe's southwest grill for they nachos. I'm quite sure there others places with nachos, but there in my top 5 for when I want some.. I like the fact that you can pick your own toppings and make it how you want.. pretty good

They served my child a BURNT quesadilla and by burnt I mean black. Not sure how the employees are trained here but I know they know the difference between cooked & BURNT. Wasn’t even worth a call back. Will not be returning
