I love their "Pair Combo," which I almost always get with Pizza (Sausage and Pepperoni) and Cup of Soup (Lobster Bisque).The sandwiches (I personally love "The Italian"), Pizza, and Soups here are amazing. Definitely better than other restaurant-equivalents (Panera Bread / Corner Bakery/ etc).) in my opinion.The ambiance here is peaceful, casual, and is always suited for any meal of the day. The service here has always been friendly, and I always leave happier than ai came. Don't forget to ask for your military discount!This place is an absolute must try!

Managers and crew team were really really nice and welcoming. My food was awesome and warm!! Will be coming back!
Newk's Columbus is under staffed and under managed. There wasn't enough staff to keep the tables bussed or the drink and condiments bars clean. It took 15 mins to get the the empty ice machines refilled. Only one person was delivering orders to the tables, and she couldn't keep up. We sat and watched as our order sat on the table to be carried out for over 20 minutes. It sat there and got cold while orders that were made after ours got taken out. After we finally received our order, there was a huge chunk of lettuce stem in the salad. We won't make this mistake again.

The staff taking orders was rude, not just to me but the customer’s in front of me as well. It was abrasive and uncalled for.The French dip was a pathetic attempt. The bread and toppings were well done but the meat was tough and chewy completely ruining the experience, certainly not worth the priceThe salad was good and I like the blue cheese dressing, only redeeming aspect of these poor experience.The staff all seem miserable and I wonder if the location is going down hill.

First time here, after hearing about the great food but the service is SLOW. 40+ mins and still waiting. I'm normally not one to write reviews period it after having plenty of time to read the reviews while waiting, I thought I would leave one!

We were not greeted and difficult to order from the menu when it is not behind the register. Almost $30 for two very small sandwiches and 1 drink. If food was awesome then would be worth it but bread on both were stale and toasted without asking and hard as to disguise old bread. My Philly cheesesteak had cheddar not provolone or swiss and no grilled onions as mentioned. Philly steak was dried out and burnt. My daughters turkey and avocado sandwich bread the same. She Almost couldn't bite into it and from the first bite said the turkey may be expired. The employee said she would replace the Philly with another sandwich but the Italian was worse with only 1 bite than the other two. Would not recommend.
My sandwich was good, however, the Greek salad had so much dressing it was inedible. We were there for a quick lunch so no time to wait for a new salad.

Food is great it's kinda like a Panera bread in my opinion. Affordable and good for a quick sit down lunch. My kid loves those cups they give for the drinks! They are plastic you can take them home.

While I didn't dine in personally, the atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming and festive. I enjoyed the unique layout of the eatery overall, and the smell of fresh baked pizza filled the air! I do intend to try the pizza next time, but on this visit the Ultimate Salad was superb! Fresh mixed greens, sliced pieces of grilled turkey, diced ham and boiled eggs with cucumbers and tomatoes, TRULY a delectable salad! And generous portions of meat made this salad well worth it's price, which is also VERY reasonable! Newks will become a frequent lunch spot of mine whenever I'm in Columbus GA ??
