Disappointed Takeout Experience at Olive Garden (April 18th)My recent takeout experience at Olive Garden on April 18th was unfortunately quite disappointing. Several key items were missing from my order.First, my single serving of Gnocchi came with a meager two pieces - definitely not enough for a full meal. Additionally, the Chicken & Gnocchi soup lacked any chicken whatsoever.To top it off, after arriving at the designated pick-up time, I had to wait an additional 23 minutes for an employee to finally bring my order out to my car. The overall service for takeout was slow and lacked attention to detail.I hope this can be rectified in the future, as I've enjoyed dining in at Olive Garden previously.

Service was great. Angel hair pasta in shrimp scampi was very overcooked.
Came in for an early dinner to beat an evening crowd. My family and I have been sitting here for more than 25 mins at 4 pm on a Wednesday and have not had a single contact from wait staff. The table behind us has had several contacts. The table seated just after us has lost their patience and walked out after no contact of 15 mins. There have been several staff members that have passed by and not said anything. This is unacceptable. The Columbus location needs to do better. Wow. I guess I'll update when we finally get service or we finally lose our patience and just walk out as well.

Our server was Destiny, and she earned it working with us:) quite possibly the best service we've ever had:) oh, and she can grate the whole block if you want her to:)
I hate the fact that you come here and the hostess tells you it's a 20 minute wait when the resturant is only about 20 to 30 percent full. Then you get taken to a booth that was open the whole time. This is why I eat at Guadalajara and resturants in Harris County. They don't arbitrarily make you wait for no reason.
I am so disappointed. $85 down the drain. Love Olive Garden but this one was a major disappointed. Took over 40 minutes to get our food and while waiting for salmon meal they left my son's Tour of Italy just sit under the heat lamp while waiting for the salmon to cook. The noodles were hard as a rock. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This is one restaurant in Columbus that is consistently great. I never have had bad service nor a bad meal at Olive Garden. Other restaurants in Columbus, Ga need to take lessons from this place.The service is always great, I never have to wait to be seated and the food is always hot and good. The portions are very large and worth every penny.

Bread sticks were microwaved until too chewy to eat. They were out of Tiramisu. Waitress was awesome. Hope she finds somewhere to work with good food.After a few years, I decided to give them another chance. 2 people at the bar. Every single available seat had old food/dishes in front of them. Waited 3-4 mins but never saw bartender.
