Now I’ve been to this Papa John’s twice now and both times the customer service was awesome and the food was great. Finding a fast food spot that is nice to their customers and has great food is not common. I thank all the workers there, they took good care of us. I’ll be sure to add pics the next time I visit.

I stopped tipping, they can thank the delivery person Carl for that. They screw something up nearly every time.. it's annoying! Also, I have NEVER received a large when ordered ALWAYS medium like I can't tell the difference ?

Ordered a Large Fiery Buffalo Chicken w/ 1 Zesty Sauce & 3 Blue Cheese Sauces. No sauces, just the standard Garlic. And the Fiery Buffalo Chicken had my extra toppings (beef & banana peppers), but was missing the base chicken & onion toppings. It's edible and it's not bad pizza, (I've worked for PJs) but I don't like paying for extra sauces to not get them, and not getting the toppings I paid for either. Your cutter and your driver didn't check the pizza before it left. Big reason I eat PJs so rarely anymore, it's a dice roll on whether you'll get a correct order or not. Didn't used to be like that.

The Boss/manager not to sure, but he sure acted like a boss! Was awesome to see him encouraging his employees and telling them what a great job they are doing. We need more bosses and mangers like him.The food was amazing when I go back I'm sure to return from some delicious pizza.

The delivery driver stood at the door until I realized she wanted a tip. After sending a tip thru cashapp (twice by mistake) , my request for refund for one of the tips was denied and manager said it's not his problem. he refused to even ask driver if they'd received 2 different tips..food was good
This is a great location for customer service! We were very impressed with Carolyn and her staff. Even though they were busy, they took a quick moment to acknowledge us walking into the store and told us they'd be right with us. I loved that.Once it was our turn to be served, Carolyn and the other lady were super friendly, getting our order and checking us out. We just loved chatting with them, and the food was delicious to boot!Thank you, ladies!

The worst experience and will spread word. Ordered meal gave extra 10 minutes to prepare. Watched delivery driver take my order. From management to employee look for my order. That i seen walk out door.. To see it gone and asked do I want refund or remake. Which will take another 10 minutes. After I watch yo u go from register to food no washing of hands. Should have asked do it for free but the nasty I seen. Y'all can have it. My favorite place is now my worse. Store had trash working 06/11/2023 9:50 pm.

Was not impressed. Hardly any sauce for a normal pizza and it wasn’t even sliced! Someone attempted to slice it but the pizza wasn’t even dented. I ordered The Works on a thin crust and it was very bland including the sauce. Get your pizza elsewhere.
