This is kind of funny but how does this happen? I ordered half pepperoni and mushrooms and the other half was supposed to be cheese. I got 1 slice of just cheese. Half just pepperoni and then 3 with pepperoni and mushrooms.

Order arrived but was not my order at all. Called and they stated it would be 1-1.5 hours before we would get our food. Mind you it was already 7:30 and food was suppose to arrive at 7. Contacted for a refund but they were not able to refund. I’m having to dispute through my bank to get money back even though I never received the food.

When I order a pizza the delivery guy got mad because I didn't add a tip when I paid with My bank card... So when he deliver the pizza he my box and put the receipt under our pizza and delivery to me I really believe he did something else to the pizza ? I didn't eat it... Bad service I never ordered from them again. Its some low down evil ppl in this world ?

I ordered the boneless buffalo wings and when I received them they were dry with a sprinkle of buffalo sauce drizzled across the top. When someone orders boneless wings covered in a sauce they should at least be wet. Not to mention the boneless wings quality is not good, the frozen Tyson buffalo nuggets are of better quality. Papa John’s boneless wings breading has the consistency of soggy frozen breading.0/10 I do not recommend their boneless wings.

I placed an online order for Papa John's at approximately 7:50 PM. Estimated delivery time was between 8;20 and 8:40 I get a text message at 8:02 stating it was on the way. I called the store at 8:22. She said that it was a double delivery please give a little more time. I called back at 8:39. it was brought to my attention that somehow my pizza either never let the store and someone was eating my pizza or it was brought back and was never delivered but the point is they were eating my pizza at the store. I literally had to get rude with these people to make them understand that their delivery person marked out order as delivered and it was not delivered. I asked them as Papa John's standards are. He wanted to argue with me that he couldn't see that when it was delivered I said no, but I have on my app saying it is delivered. It is not at my doorstep which means your delivery person made it look it was delivered and took my pizza back to the store. I told them I wanted the refund on my order, and I wanted my entire order to be delivered at no charge, It's been two hours since I ordered my pizza and they are 2 miles down the road, I'm having to wait another 20 minutes to get my pizza if this one shows up. I can't believe the delivery driver order is delivered and took my pizza back to the store and ate it. It is 9 AM and I still have not received my pizza my dessert or my drink!!

Only because I can't leave 0 star review. Ordered showed delivered apparently not delivered! Was told to come pick it up only to find out half the order was not prepared and was offered nothing in return after waiting 20 mins for the other half of the order. Was told sorry we had a new driver that's why they didn't call you! 2 hours later we have half of our order cold! Thanks for nothing! I live 4 mins away!
