WHO DOES PIZZA HUT THINK THEY ARE? Clearly by the way they PRICE their pizza they THINK they are BETTER THAN WHAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE? They suffer from Delusions of Grandeur bc I promise you the prices that they have been charging For their MEDIOCRE @BEST pizza is a total and complete RIP OFF.. It's time for Pizza Hut to COME ON BACK DOWN TO EARTH because... yea...noo... This ain't it.. If you all keep these price points I do expect for you guys to go belly up bankrupt next. There's no way I'll pay what you've been asking for a specialty L pizza.

Ordered a delivery 2 pizzas 1 cheese bread at 718pm. Delivery 908, a bit long but hey its Friday. 930 come no delivery, started to call store, 7 times on hold ove 10 minutes then they hang up. Called cooperate suppose to get refund in 2 days, get a message saying delivery being made by grubhub arrival didn't happen til midnight and no cheese bread. 5 hours for pizza?

So I ordered a pizza on Friday night at 730pm the order was confirmed and was told my pizza would be delivered at 932pm. That was fine I understood the wait. Then at 10pm no pizza I tried to called the store and couldn't actually get the store just the customer service. So I sat on hold for 34mins with no help other then being hung up and called back to be put on hold. This is absolutely ridiculous at this point. At 10:08pm I got a text saying my dasher would have my pizza at 11:03pm. Can't call and cancel or speak to anyone at the store because I'm tired of waiting for hours on a pizza. Horrible customer service, horrible experience

I came in today to pick up a GrubHub order for my customer and there's a white woman, slim with blonde hair in a bun (wouldn't give me her name). But she begins hollering Everybody has to wait when I walk in. I'm the only person who was there. Her coworker was fulfilling a drive through order. I hadn't had the opportunity to speak. She had a very negative energy. She looked stressed. I open my mouth to ask if I can give the name of my customer and she repeated again I have to wait and it's not ready. I waited a beat. Then I nicely shared I observed she has a lot going on, but she doesn't have to be mean about it. She hadn't even checked if my order was ready because she wouldn't let me speak. I let her know I also work in customer service outside of doing deliveries. It's not right to have an attitude. Especially if I haven't done anything or said anything. I let her know I'm reporting my experience. She got all out of sorts and demanded and yelling that I leave. I told her I'm not leaving without my customers order. Long story short, the order was ready and sitting in the heater. Her coworker asked me for the name, he was very polite. I gave him the name and he says here it is, we had this ready. I thanked him for his service and left. I have reported the incident to GrubHub and prayed for her. I'll never patronize this location!! Never!! I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau!! My experience isn't the only bad one per the other reviews.

I will never order here again spent $60 on pizza and only one was right. Call this place and they kept hanging up on me put me on hold to keep from talking to me so my husband had to call from his phone to get this rude as manager who didn’t bother to listen before she started yelling people like her will have business closing bc we won’t come back and we definitely will not order from here ever again

We ordered 2 pizzas and the lemon dry rub chicken wings. The wings were decent but ridiculously tiny. The pizza was absolutely terrible. The cheese and ingredients did not look or taste fresh at all. Both pizzas clearly looked & tasted as if they'd been reheated SEVERAL times. This is not ok considering life is extremely expensive. Families should be able to order pizza without feeling as if they've just wasted their hard earned money on terrible pizza. I'd like our money back.

I have ordered delivery from this location for a while and food is always right and good. No issues there. My problem is the way they have their merchant services setup. They have suggested TIPs percentage but of the total amount which includes tax and delivery fee (not sure what that is). Tips should be a percentage of the product or subtotal and should never include a percentage of what we already pay in the other fees. I think that misleads employees into thinking they are not getting what they think is fair to them. But I tip well but it will be a percentage of the product when I do the math myself. Not sure what is a delivery fee for. It is not a tip.
