Food was delicious and hot. Unfortunately they had no wait staff. The hostess took our orders, brought our food, brought the check. She was amazing. But it added time and stress. Too bad. Need a job? Work at Red Lobster on 13th St.

Red Lobster Adams Farm Road Columbus Georgia Order curbside They said curbside would be ready at 6:18 and I have still not received my order at 6:52 .I know they are busy but this is ridiculous. I have called 3 times and food has still not been delivered. I have back problems that why I asked for curb service. It's now 6:57 pm.

My sister and I dine in, it was cold, no heat, not enough servers, and the place was DIRTY. tables left unclean and food under the tables, we were VERY disappointed!!! red lobster is NOT what it use to be. And the one on 13th street is terrible!!!! It use to be my favorite restaurant. I'm very saddened about how bout of them are.

A worker named Brittne was being really rude to me and my family her attitude made me feel uncomfortable the food was cold she also told us the plates with our food were really hot, but proceeded to hand us the hot plates, I am no longer supporting this restaurant I do not recommend!!
Not a quality place to get a decent meal. Service was slow one server in the whole restaurant that I seen. He always forgot something. Made multiple trips for the same item. I could go on and on but I won’t visit again. This was a first and last impression for me. (13th street Red lobster a no go)

This place has really gone downhill. I came here on a Sunday evening. The food was terrible and the service was awfully slow. They got two of my orders wrong and they were out of crab legs and Cajun seasoning for chicken Alfredo. I stayed here for over 2 hours and was not satisfied with the service at all.

Sunday evening,so maybe they were short staffed, but I watched a lot of manager walking around appearing overwhelmed as well as staff that didn't work together at all to provide a good experience. Food was ok, but I would not recommend. Prices do not align with service provided in comparison to other places.
