I am a Sam's Club member just because there is not a Costco in Columbus. They have recently built a Costco in Peachtree City and I am going to join that one and cancel my Sam's Club membership. The staff in the Columbus Sam's are rude and most act like they don't want to be there. If you don't want to work dealing with the public then don't. Find something else to do. i order stuff online every once and a while to avoid having to go there in person but Costco offers the same service. My advice is to drive to Costco in Peachtree City or order the stuff from Costco online and avoid Sam's at all cost.

We love Sam's Club and would choose it over and over again over Costco. This location never disappoints. They have a great selection and are always well stocked for holidays. The meat is fresh and so are the deli items. Things can be low in stock/inventory especially on the weekend. The lines can also be extremely long. Checking out on the app is so simple and it makes getting in and out quick! The workers at the door can be a bit grumpy dealing with everyone leaving, but other than that this location is pretty good!

My family has used sams club for years, and never had a problem. At this location Tre in the tire department was nothing but rude to my wife upon arrival. Then when the vehicle was done, Tre and his crew didn't call for another hour and 40 minutes leaving my wife stuck in the store the entire time. Worst employee/crew I have seen at a sams club and a disgrace to the Walton legacy.

Clean and well stocked store but it's hit or miss with employee interaction and check out is like you are on the 10 ten most notorious thieves. Employees are employees, some are happy to be working and understand customer service, while others feel that you are interrupting their day by shopping at their place of employment. So we all understand that you have to be a member to get in and showing that you are is a requirement. The bigger issue is getting out! Scan your card to purchase, okay no issue. But then to have ALL your items scanned again to get out the door is ridiculous. They'll tell you it's because of the high theft they experience and I have to call BS on that. You have multiple employees walking throughout the store, cameras in all the blind spots and still you have that high of a theft problem? There's a bigger issue there. If your statistical analysis is that you need to harass the paying customers because your security sucks, then that is an issue and if your losses are that huge, I suggest you need to look inside as well. Your corporation advocates "Scan and Go" and self checkout but then locally you alienate the consumer.

I usually don't like to complain but today's experience was not too pleasant. The Gentle at the door was polite and me and my wife only purchased a whole chicken and mouthwash. When we got to the register the gentlemen told us we have to transfer goods from one cart to the cart at the register. We also had 4 empty boxes. I don't mind being told what to do but the guy seemed condescending by telling us that anytime you check out that you had to put the items in another cart by the register. I am not a 10 years and do not need a lecture. When we got to the exit door, the lady was the same lady that stared us down when we came in to separate occasions for picking up empty boxes and not purchasing anything. If we have to make a purchase to get empty boxes, just tell us and not stare at us. Today, as soon as she seen us she made a face, she was polite with the customer ahead of us but here mood changed when it was our time to check out. Either she is still upset that we got boxes without purchases or she does not like Asians. People like these two need to be stocking shelves with no customer contact. Thank you

Area is clean, line moved fairly quickly. All Sam's Club doesn't except cash fyi, there is a guy that was walking around keeping up debri and if you needed assistance for anything you could flag him down.

Just another Sam's. Not the friendliest place. Everyone seems so gloom and doom. And NO ONE wants to help customers. They ignore your calls and keep walking away; hoping you move on to the next associate on the floor. Everyone wants pay and play!! No one has work ethic these days!! All about Self!!
