They have amazing cheese grits. The shrimp is really good and so is the sweet tea. The food is cooked to order so it is always fresh. One person in my group got a plate that had chicken strips, fried rice, and salad and it looked very good. Does not have extremely fast service as you have to wait on the food to be cooked but it is worth it. Would recommend this restaurant.

Horrible customer service. She rung me up for regular rice instead of shrimp fried rice . Good thing I checked my food when I opened it it had white fur all in it .I asked her where the shrim were she said you ordered regular rice she totally ignored the fact I told her something was in my food just kept telling me it was an extra dollar for shrimp. The place was very disappointing. I only went because I thought this was the real sharks . Don't be fooled.
If it wasn't for the food I would never eat here, customer service is horrible. I attempted to call my order in and was placed on hold for 10-15 minutes, I hang up and go to the restaurant and I walk in to a kid basically sitting behind the register with the phone face down vaping, I was there for 6 minutes when she finally said "Oh I had someone on hold" then proceed to say "Fuck it they hung up" after this I highly doubt i would ever come here again

If I ever leave a review, it’s because I have to. I go to Sharkys quite often and the food is amazing and normally the customer service is as well. Customer service was horrible. from the time that I called to order my food to the time that I went to go pick it up. she threw my chicken on the counter and didn’t even say it was mine. I had to ask the other associate was it mine. It will be a while before I come back if I ever do. Highly disappointed
