Went there after a workout. Said they were open, went to drive through, noone was there. At least 3 cars come through and left because noone was there.

Arrived at 740pm establishment was closed but sign on drive thru says open until 9pm. This is the 4 incident where this establishment has been closed regardless of their hours of operation

I can’t be too upset that the drink tastes ok (honestly just way too many ingredients) just don’t understand why the employee Joniya couldn’t allow customized smoothies. I had to look for a drink that had somethings I was fine with to then add the things I honestly wanted only from the menu that had things I didn’t even want. Maybe its me if customizing from scratch isn't allowed but I think I’ll just try other smoothies kings that I’m sure won’t see that as incapable

I was there at 11:48am on a Sunday and they were closed apparently? Sign says they open at 10. Came to Google to check if their hours changed (which doesn’t seem like they did) and noticed they have horrible recent reviews.. now I’m kinda glad they were closed. Definitely won’t be back to this location!

They gave me a discolored, lumpy and bitter smoothie. I took it back and the manager told the person that made it that it’s supposed to be green,Vegan Mango Kale. They gave me an orange/brown smoothie. She didn’t want to refund my money so she made me another… it was still disgusting (freezer burned taste). She tried to make me pull around the building to wait for it, uhm no ma’am, so they can spit in my drink. When I said no, that immediately gave all of them bad attitudes. There was a little kid on the inside warming food in the microwave.

Placed an order through the online app for this location. Have ordered here at this location with no previous issues before. I pull up up to the drive through menu, say "hello" numerous times, & nothing. As I pull around, I see the drive through window and the window you can walk up to are both gated/locked, yet I still see the employee's car parked. Hours clearly state this location is still open. Did not receive my order & have not received a refund. Just poor service overall.
Will never be coming back to this location my fiancé and I got smoothies from here on hers had multiple hairs in it and tasted very off not to mention when I sipped hers it was as if I sipped on water luckily another local smoothie under the same Ownership fixed their mistake do not go to this location staff obviously does not care about following health code regulations and aside from that since when do workers get to wear pajamas to work?? Would rate zero but can’t unfortunately.

I am from out of town and ordered here they were closed and I paid for my items and never received either smoothie I have reached out to the store multiple times with no response. I would steer clear of this location if you’re looking to get a smoothie for sure unless you want to waste your time and money!

Paid for medium but did not fill it up to the top. The other location in the town always fills it up to the top. I don’t understand why this is a new policy for just this location. The lady told me that there’s a line that they can fill it to, but there’s still leftover inside of the cup that they mixed it from, so It must have been too hard of an issue for them to fill up fully when paying $10 a cup
