Although I have a high opinion of Steak n Shakes overall, I will not ever be visiting this particular location again. They gave me my order, and unfortunately I did not catch the mistakes until I was over 15mins down the road. Since I had over a 30min drive to get home, I decided to call the store. Instead refunding my order, I was told they do not give cash refunds and I would have to return to the store for them to resolves the issues I had with my order. Although it is partially on me for not checking my order before I left the parking lot, I almost never have an inaccuracy on my Steak n Shake orders. If given the wrong food was not bad enough, the food I did received was not great at all. The patties themselves were misshapen and cold, and my sons grilled cheese was terrible. It was two soggy pieces of bread and melted cheese in the middle. A far call from the quality of food I normally receive from this franchise. At least the fries were good. Overall it was a terrible experience from a normally good franchise. I would not recommend this location to anyone, in fact I would actively advise against other people from eating here.

I ordered the double cheese burger with cheese fries. Service was good and burger was good also.
I use to love this place! I got the garlic burger but it was not good at all! So greasy and that’s literally all you could taste! Fries were not hot or fresh and my drink was flat. Not sure what’s going on at this location but it use to be so good!!! Makes me sad!
