All the veggies were freezer burned. I think the temp is turned down way too low. Also there was an employee coughing there literal lungs out. They had like a bad smokers cough. She was open mouth coughing all in the back.. bless her but I threw my sandwich in the trash and left. the girls making the food were really nice though.

Can’t rate anything except the fact we got here at 630 they close at 7 and dude sitting in front just chilling playing on his phone, with doors unlocked saying they closed. Lock the doors if your closed.

terrible. the manager is so unprofessional. how are you the manager but you don’t even do your job? you would think that when you hire somebody you would properly get trained right? not at this job. she hired my boyfriend then left him to close the store BY HIMSELF the few days he was there without any type of guidance. i had to tell him to ask her to make a list for him so he could close the store the right way because she would always come back and complain about something he didn’t do right. if you’re gonna complain about something not being done right by someone who’s NEW then train them the way they are supposed to be trained. who leaves a new person to close an entire store by themselves? everyone there has attitudes for no reason. seems like every day there was something wrong but there was not the proper guidance to correct it. hopefully they do better with the next person they hire.

Wow! The customer service was horrible. The Manager was yelling I have no bread and no wraps when we walked in at the customers others just turned around and left. I explained we were there for salads. They seemed disappointed that we still wanted service. We were rushed we were going to buy drinks and sit in but due to the attitude we got drink’s else and sat there. If you don’t like people just don’t work around them. This is sad. We will never come to this location again.

Whenever the sandwich artist (the Caucasian woman with twist) isn't there, I get food that doesn't weigh up and look like garbage. They aren't reading their orders because it was too much as far as vegetables and not enough meat. I'm only eating here when she works and when she stops working there I'll stop coming.

If I could give Subway on Broadway in Columbus Georgia A minus zero I would this place had one person who had the place lined up..And the poor guy had a doordash order of six foot longs. I asked, where was the Help? I said you need help. Just him. He says, "no one cares.".Poor guy ran out of lettuce & olives. Skee was the name on his badge.I waited to see how long it would take. No one should have to endure, especially for a large company like Subway.I commend him.Shame on Subway for employee abuse. Thursday, 4:10 pm.I waited 35 minutes to place my order.I have to commend him because he handled money and he washed his hands and put on gloves.
So I was there recently this week and met a young lady by the name of bre she was so nice… welcoming and such a great attitude she even mad customers feel comfortable outside with removing the homelessness out of customers comfort I went there yesterday to find out she was fired!!! The young lady was awesome I’ve seen so many come and go but this young lady was awesome I wish she didn’t get fired she was doing so good and her team kept a smile on there faces it’s was such a good team
