Order 3 ft long 2 tunas 1 BMT. Charged my order on a gift card , then said we do not have tuna! Had to order something else. Then I paid with my debit because I NOW HAVE TO WAIT 3 TO 5 DAYS SO I CAN GET MY MONEY PUT BACK ON THE GIFT CARD. After the sandwiches were made, they were placed by the register and left there. They took care of 3 customers before ringing me out!! I was there for about 40 minutes. I will NEVER go back there!!! I paid for my food, it was not free!!! Never an apology!

Store sign said open. Once they seen us walking to the door they turned it off saying they were closed at 930pm. Sure no problem. so gave it another chance and they packaged the ingredients up tonight before 9pm. Order placed at 845. They will close 45min-1hr early. They’ll also state they did not get your online order and it has to be another store.

Told me they were closed on a Sunday at 4 pm. Not a holiday or anything, the site says open till 10pm. Mind you the doors were unlocked and employees were there but told me to go away. Thanks for wasting my time.

I ordered thru the subway app for delivery and it came from this location. The lettuce was brown and rotted ? and the bread was still doughy it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Never again.

The Subway by Target was absolutely filthy. They have 9 tables. All but 2 had stuff still on them and the remaining ones had chips fragments. I wiped one down that wasn't as nasty and the lady behind me did the same. We were the only 2 there and there were 2 employees. Another customer comes in and when he goes to find a place to sit, he has the nasty tables left. He asked one of the workers and instead of wiping any of them down, she hands him a wet cloth. Really?

All 3 employees working were very hospitable, and provided excellent service. Was in and out in a matter of minutes, and they each treated me with respect. Will return to this location versus others in the area. Kudos again, young people, you made this "old guy" feel appreciated.

Tried to go in at 9 when it says open. Lady sat there on her phone and refused to unlock the door. Then she came out and informed us she opens when she wants and it'll be over 20 minutes because she hasn't started anything. But she sat there on her phone ... WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I came in today 2 other people where before me in line I wanted to add fresh cookies to my meal which I saw a whole rake of fresh baked cookies before asking but the older Caucasian women said the older cookies had to be sold before selling the fresh cookies like how do you tell someone what they can spend their money on and the tone she gave like she owns subway
