Yea I ordered on the app and when I picked up my food it had obviously been sitting not to mention my gordita crunch had light everything half of what was supposed to be on it the taco shell inside was stale. I found lettuce in my beefy 5 layer so obviously the kitchen doesn't care about food mixing not to mention it was almost all beans it's a BEEFY 5 layer not a beany 5 layer!!

Went today at 6:30 p.m. to order food through the drive-thru. The lady at the drive-thru was very rude and disrespectful. It was so bad that I didn't even pick up my food, and I drove off because the experience was so bad.

Decided to get Taco Bell for dinner. Go around 6 pm and see the steak grilled cheese nacho fries and decide to get it for the wife for something new to try. Paid 5 dollars and some change for all the cheese to be stuck on a piece of paper because they put it in the box upside down. With about 4 pieces of meat and 7 fries. Victory drive continues to never surprise me.

I've been in and out of this Taco Bell location for the last 3 years and not once had any issues. They do the very best with current climate of "customer demand." People need to cut food service workers some slack out here. Online orders, walk ins, and drive thru.. and yet customers want everything done in 2 seconds. I applaud the hard working staff who endure the things they do daily. Thank you for your service.

It took 20 minutes to get 12 Cinnabon bites and an unsweet.There were an employees kids in the dinning room running around being very loud messing with the ice machine, I get that sometimes things happen and you need to take your children with you to work rather than call off, but keep an eye on them and have them sitting doing something constructive not disturbing the dinning patrons.

The quality of your food depends on the manager on duty? Tonight I paid 12 bucks for a grilled cheese burrito with easy rice and extra meat, this dude repeated the order back to me and still failed to put the extra meat in my burrito. I was also given old nacho cheese fries and old hard Cinnabons ??♀️ I personally prefer Vonn and Zee because they are the only ones that makes sure the orders are correct.

Walked in to pick up a DoorDash order. Waited at the counter while watching the red hair having girl type away on her phone and not once greet or look over at me. Then the other lady comes from the back with her phone TO HER EAR. Girl with the red hair still ain’t looked over or asked what I needed. Then the other chick gives me the food and red hair girl slams the drink on the counter. I say thank you and guess what? It must be a death sentence to say you’re welcome or have some damn manners. Customer service sucks completely and it’s actually quite sickening.
Drive thru quick, fast, and satisfied without breaking the bank. Curves your main appetite contented with the price and satisfied with the flavor.

Went there and ordered my food. When I ordered it the crew seemed unorganized and it wasn't even that busy! I was told they didn't have a certain taco and I had to change it. Not a big deal but it'd be nice to have been told before hand. Not a bad place if you are really hungry.
