Not a good Taco Bell. The staff reflects the restaurant and when you don’t care the quality and atmosphere reflects it. How come chic fil a can get it right but others fail. Crazy. I can’t stand when a drive thru worker gets your money hand you your bag and never says a single word. Great training there lol

Horrible customer service. Gave us the wrong food. Had to get back in line only to be laughed at by the employees at the window. When I got to the window they said “R**** is back. So the knew they did not give me the correct order. Then They asked for the wrong food bag back which was a bag of sauces and a container of potatoes. They then gave me my correct order while laughing about it. Took over 28 mins to get an order that I placed online and I had to drive through the drive through line 2 times to get my order.

Late meal while traveling. Closed time. I got violently ill 4 hours later.Never again. Not my first vidut here. But it will be the last. I've never been impressed with the quality of food from this store.

EVERY TIME we are greeted with a smile and our food comes out hot AND correct! This is big for us. We are super picky and always customize every thing. This is the only Taco Bell that always seems to get our order right. Thank you!!

They straight up told me all their crunchy tacos fall apart so i didnt place an order. Where im from the taco bell produces quality food. The crunchy tacos are CRUNCHY and DO NOT fall apart!! I dont know what these taco bells over here are doing wrong with their shells FIRST before stuffing them or with the meat but they should not be so soggy they fall apart. Seattle and california and philly taco bells i never had that issue with 30 years i been eating taco bell...NEVER AGAIN I GUESS not until they figure out the problem and fix it. I should be able to pick up my crunchy taco and it NOT break in half IMMEDIATELY. Thats not a taco. Thats a MESS WAITING TO HAPPEN!!

It only takes 1 time for any business to provide horrible customer services. Please hire some friendly, customer oriented window employees. The ones you have on the payroll are awful!They just hand you your food and practically slam the window! Awful

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I will NEVER be back. I literally come here multiple times a week and everybody in there has a nasty attitude but the food is even nastier. Majority of the time I throw my food out and can only eat half of the items because if you ever order anything fried from there it will taste disgusting. They DO NOT CHANGE THEIR FRYING OIL! Today I ordered a CHEESE quesadilla and paid for extra cheese because they never put any in there. Guess what? They still didn’t put any in there so I had them remake it. I mean it’s a cheese quesadilla so why is there quite literally no cheese and only sauce. How cheap. The person at the window didn’t even say a word and they act like it’s your fault they can’t do simple things. The second quesadilla the cheese wasn’t even melted at all. Just a bunch of cheese flying around. I asked for a refund. They only refunded the quesadilla and not the extra cheese charge.This Taco Bell is run by the most incompetent group of people they could find. Also, my food is vegetarian and the outside of the wrapper has beef bits on it just smeared all over. I could tell the guy who did my refund passed my food over because his gloves had beef all over them. When he came to the window to do my refund He TOOK MY CARD WITH THE GLOVES ON! Why are you touching my card with food all over your gloves? Who does that?! That means he doesn’t take those gloves off between tasks. He’s making peoples food, touching cards and who knows what else with the same exact gloves on. Just disgusting.The manager also has a bad attitude. Whenever you place your order he will literally cut you and the person taking your order off and tell you to just pull up to the window. His attitude sets the tone for the rest of the employees here so I’m not surprised they all act the same.The manager also had the nerve to be condescending to me when I ordered nachos and tried to tell them they didn’t taste right (due to the frying oil being bad). I mean it taste so nasty I tasted it for the rest of the day. I went to the window and asked if the chips were expired or something and he said “I don’t know I don’t eat nachos” ???? He said that with his whole belly hanging over his pants. Yes you do. He tried to be smart but bffr.Somebody needs to contact the owner or at the very least burn this Taco Bell down and start over because this is just pathetic.Vegetarian options: This is a fast food restaurant that literally caters to vegetarians and vegans and they will still act like they can’t make vegetarian food to save their life. Don’t waste your time.

I was reading all the reviews about missing food while my husband was out grabbing food from this location. He made it all the way home and he didn’t receive HALF of our order! It seems like it’s intentional at this point.
