We had a reservation, it does take a while to get your food. However, one person in our party, it took an hour. No one’s food came out together. The guy up front made it right. food was good but one dish we ordered, no one was a fan of. Honestly, the menu doesn’t say what’s in the meal. So if you have allergies or food concerns you should ask. That was our mistake. Overall, the food was delicious and they have great customer service. It’s small. The food is fresh and cooked to order, so don’t expect to eat here quickly.

We were on business travel, passing through Columbus, GA for the night....Decided we wanted some really good-authentic (Seafood) Pad Thai, Wings, Crab Rangoon and Thai Tea. If I could give this place a million stars I would. I’ve heard about this place a lot and I’ve been wanting to try it out since 2022. Finally got a chance to try it out and from the first time I called in to order the guy who answered made me feel so welcome ? and I wasn’t even there yet. He even called back to tell me it was ready and asked what sauces or anything else he could do to make sure my bag had everything I needed before pick up.Anyways I got there and again the man at the desk was so so warm and welcoming he was genuinely so nice and I LOVED that. The restaurant is small and quaint however it was clean and comfy as well.THE FOOD: food was absolutely amazing. I’ve never had crab Rangoon that looked so pretty before and tasted so good and had the perfect crunch. The bulgogi meals were enough for two people and it was a perfect hint of sweet and savory flavor. I will most definitely be spending all my money with Thai orchid. I’m eager to taste the whole menu! Love this place!!!

As advertised here by many who have been and then return. Really wonderful Thai. Try what you already like and compare to your past experience. This is a really lucky find in a town you wouldn't expect to produce such outstanding Thai dishes. Ricky is a retired military business owner who is making palettes sing in Columbus. It's cute and comfy; small and intimate. The food is definitely five star. The service is like you are "at home!"

This was the best foodie experience ever. The owner is Fantastic and the service he provided was incredible. The portions are hearty, while the food was exceptionally flavorful. Small dining room designed to be a quality experience. This crab Rangoon can't be explained. Would consider traveling a thousand miles just to eat here. Thank you for an incredible dining experience and Thank you for your Service to the Country as well.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about both the food and friendliness of the service! The owner is kind, personable, and helpful. Everything came out hot. All the food was fresh, authentic, and with an enjoyable (and of course specifiable) amount of heat. It’s small, has a nice vibe, and is very clean. My 14 yr old declared them “the best spring rolls I’ve ever had!”.We’re originally from the Seattle area and have had lots of Thai food throughout the years. We happened to be driving through tonight and stopped in here. Even though Thai Orchid is two hours from home- we’ll be back.
